I ordered some smarties in the morning on 9/29/21 for store pickup. There were a lot in stock so I was sure that I would get it. The estimated ready time was a couple hours. 👍A few hours later, I get a text that there is some delay. I think to myself, no worries, I plan to pick it up tomorrow morning anyways. I get there in the morning on 9/30/21. I go pick up my smarties and the associate says that the person who took my order could not find my smarties and got me sweet tarts instead. 🤔🧐🤨I have the associate cancel my order. I walk to the candy aisle and, in 3.2 seconds, I find a bunch of smarties.What a shame.

Very unprofessional... Manager needs to go back to Haiti because his customer service skills isnt welcome in America... No employees at the service desk for 10 minutes then 20 minutes of time wasted when it comes to cashing checks here... I would never recommend anyone to come to this location

The pharmacy is 5 starts . Great people always taking the time to answer questions . Very helpful and knowledgeable. I am switching all my scripts there. As for the store it self I give it three and half stares

Not one person on a register and only seven self check out stations open. Order for pick up if you have to use this store. Otherwise go to Dollar General and Publix.

Understaffed in all departments, places a curbside delivery order and sat outside for 30 minutes and ended up having to come inside to wait another 30 minutes to get my groceries. The store is disgusting and no one answers the phone very disappointed with this Walmart will not be back and suggest no one to do any sort of shopping there

This Walmart Supercenter is like any other. Way too big. However they did have what I wanted. I wasnt pressed at the store was clean. Sometimes customers throw things off shelves and dont pick them up at cetera but down in this place. It was clean. I was happy to see that they had everything that I needed. And I was able to get in and out of there fairly quickly. Even the self-service checkout line moved fast. I was impressed and I will be back to this Walmart if Im in the area.

Employees are not helpful at all ... I have never seen so many disrespectful people still able to work in one place then I have at Walmarts... Its true Im not meaning everyone but a good 85% of the employees stand around talking joking laughing speaking profanity out loud while working and then when a customer comes up and asks for help they look at you like you have four eyes two nose and three arms and how dare they ask for help its not just a one-time thing its all the time I wish Walmart would do something with their employees have them take a customer service class work ethic class and how to be respectful and helpful to customers

This one star is for the Customer Service Center at the Walmart in Jupiter, Fl. Poor attitude on the part of the young people behind the counter, and not helpful at all. Thankfully one of the supervisors came over to help me with the information I needed for the recall for my electric water kettle. Not only manners are lacking, but one of your sales reps told me she didnt know what a recall was and therefore her answer was no, we cannot help you. Another sales rep told me he cant look it up, they cant look on the system. After asking them to at least try to find out; I said if I am not eligible for a refund, that is fine, just please find out for me. Then I noticed the supervisor came in and then proceeded to find it on the computer, but never acknowledged me as a customer. He could have said, can I help you?, sorry for the confusion, etc. the only thing he thought to say to me was when I asked him if he needed the model number, he said (without looking at me) I am handling it, maam. Meanwhile about 3 or 4 of the young people are standing around laughing, joking, while there was someone waiting behind me to be waited on. After I received my refund card, I said to the young lady that I first spoke to, that her customer service was terrible. Her answer was but I didnt know what a recall was. I therefore reminded her that if she doesnt have the information to help the customer, then she needs to ASK someone in charge; dont just say no we cant help you. They all made me feel as if I was trying to get something that I shouldnt get. They made me feel that I was in the wrong for asking. The one star is for the supervisor who at least had the patience to look it up, and did find the recall that allowed me to receive my refund. I frequent Walmart every week and have had no complaints, but I will never let these customer service people handle anything for me again.

My hubby and I go to this Walmart even though it’s out of our way. (We have 2 near us) We get there early. The people there are kind.I should know his name by now but an employee that is always on register 8 early morning. He is so sweet and kind. We always go to him.It is very clean and well stocked. Bakery products are always fresh.The overnight crew that are stocking are very courteous.

Tried curbside pick up yesterday. Phone number to call when you are in pickup spot goes to voicemail. Impossible to get anyone on main number to help. Had a friend go inside for my curbside pickup and was given wrong item. Will return item and never rely on curbside. Unlike Home Depot down the street that has flawless curbside (as long as your phone is getting a signal which once happened to me).

They need to stock better it seems they are always out of my sons diaper size but they have all the other sizes. Even before the COVID junk they were in need of better stocking.

This Walmart was actually pleasant to shop in. It has polished tile floors and finished drop tile ceilings with normal lighting. It felt like a Sears. Clean and Friendly. Most Walmarts look like unfinished messy basements. I like this particular store only.

Never have prices on any clearance stuff. And if I check it on my app it says item not found. Yes it was, its in my hand.

Not too hectic. Check out was fine. Around 7-8 pm was hard to find staff in the isles for help as they were checking out people probably.

Self check out employee Yonvette needs some serious customer service training. Starting with not rolling her eyes when the self check out machine says “waiting for employee assistance” because we interrupted her conversation with her fellow employee. Also, I don’t know why the item isn’t scanning, go get another one is unprofessional. As someone who also works in the customer service industry and also works self check out it’s the employees responsibility to troubleshoot issues like that and if they can’t figure it out to find someone who can. Just because you work at Walmart doesnt mean you get to have a bad attitude. If you simple job duties bother you, quit.

Low stock on shelves for many items I needed.Poor checkout experience as associate avoided eye contact, did not speak to me until after I first greeted him, and was focused on social chatting with two other employees who actually hung out at his register like we werent there while he slowly and leisurely scanned my items.I can forgive the lack of hustle, but was frustrated by the non-engagement and social hang out during checkout. Profound lack of customer service.I dont know why it still surprises me nowadays but it does... Pretty consistent experience at Walmart, but this was worse than normal.Im pretty easy going and I understand these are trying times for everyone, but I used to be a cashier, so I know what the job is like and how it should be done at a minimum. It should be better than this.

Ughhhhhhhhhh.... Where do I start? It would have been one star LOL but the worker in electronics helped me and made sure that I got the help I needed when he realized that he couldnt do what needed to be done. I go in and buy a cell phone and they are advertising a Moto E7, and giving you a Moto e! And they were honest, they said thats what you get! But before all this I had asked if I could buy a prepaid Verizon phone since I already had Verizon prepaid. Two employees said no and at the end one employee said yes. Needless to say they still sold me the wrong phone but I was already there for almost 3 hours and just wanted to get the you know what out of there! But much props to those of you at Walmart that actually know where to find stuff and can actually give you the help that you need. A regular employee helped me and the manager just clocked out and left. Needless to say I will never buy another cell phone from them again! But I will go there for cat food and deodorant LOL. Im sure Ill have more to say later so look for updates.

This was a great trip. I found everything we needed for the house. My favorite is that the bathroom in the back has a toilet for my little ones. I was just pricing the laptops and we found little girls sandles on clearance.

Like any Wal Mart you can find just about anything in there but good luck getting any service. There are never enough registers open so going in to grab something is one thing but getting out takes forever. Forget about getting keys made or anything that requires someone in a department to do anything, nobody is ever available.

I do like the fact its less ghetto than some of the other Walmarts in Palm Beach County. I prefer the layout here vs. others I have visited. The problem is the shelves tend to be lacking the produce I need and frozen veggies are non existent. They are consistently out of items I would normally purchase, and its irritating having to visit other Walmarts to pick up what I cant find here (i.e. Gatorade, Rice Cakes, 5 Calorie Jello, Zero Fat Cheese). The carts dont feel like they came back from a bumper car rally and there isnt as much trash on the ground like every other Walmart I have been to. They really need to get their inventory in order. Not everyone eats trash food which there isnt any apparent shortage of when you visit.

Standing in line here at Jupiter Walmart the employees are hard-working people but the management and obviously the corporate policy are pathetic. Probably a hundred thousand square feet and they make one lady run check out for the entire store. Maybe the executives should get a slightly smaller yacht so they can pay someone to help this lady

Tried of diverting my shopping because stocking mid day. Has become less and less customer focused.

Meh! Good thing they added all the self checkout lanes, so you can wait in long lines waiting while a check out clerk clears all the errors that the dumb machines make. At least they had most of my favorite items in stock.

Its WalMart cant ask for too much, except the self scan lady did not want to be there its reflected in her attitude and slow shuffle. I dont need much, but when a manager needs to come because the money gets jammed, at the very least paging them would be nice, instead of me having to hunt one down.

Ugh! Visited a couple of days ago. Could not find help in paint for the longest time. Finally got help by going over to electronics. Luckily he had keys to the spray paint -- ONLY 1 can and I needed at least 3.Besides Daniel, no other associates were friendly or helpful. In fact, a lady associate went out of her way to come to me after I was already outside and let me know that I just went out the wrong door.Prior to sitting here in STARBUCKS parking lot writing this review. I was Google Mapping the nearest Walmart -- Just so happens to be the same one thst I am reviewing now. I will definitely go several miles out of my way before I would go back to this one.

This is a good store to do your shopping in. It has everything in one place. And good prices. I see a lot of people l know when I am there.After shopping, I stop by Subway and pick up a sandwich, its in Walmart. Walmart saves you money on everything. I love Walmart, but this store is a little undersized compared to most supercenters. Its too small to truly be called a supercenter, and yet its too big to be converted to a Walmart market.

This store is too old. The parking lot is a major headache. The parking spots are very narrow. We saw several drivers struggling to park their cars onto the small spaces. The inside of the store is like the parking lot, old and dated looking. Some Walmarts are nicer than others. This one is definitely an other.

Need better greeters if their going to pick and choose who they talk to (the older white women at the door)

I am not a happy camper when shopping at Jupiter Wal Mart! Their shelves are not stocked and I know that there is a pandemic going on and people are not working,etc, but when going to other Walmart stores they are alot better stocked than the Jupiter one is!

She obviously doesn’t want to listen to what you have to say, and will either hang up on you out of nowhere or transfer you randomly in the middle of your sentence without saying anything so you’re just bouncing around departments in the end. Walmart Jupiter has absolutely the best groceries delivery, quality food and especially produce. When we returned from out-0f-state after 29+years we started back at what had been a great new state of the art upscale. One of the things we missed even more than the sunshine was the quality of produce and wide selection of non perishable items. What a change! When we signed up for a year of instacart, We made an order to be delivered. Ugh! We got over ripe vegetables and rotten, as well as the wrong frozen items. Oh well, we decided to give them another try. Our produce looked someone had raided a dumpster and they didn’t include many of the nonperishable items in their ad. One of our condo neighbors said her beautiful produce was from the Jupiter Walmart. I was skeptical, but decided to take her recommendation. Another real surprise the produce was beautiful, fresh and crisp. He delivery man was very accommodating, courteous and polite. The price was great and at the time delivery was free! BTW, we have ordered several times, with the same results. And no one could e more professional than our delivery man Fernando!

One of the most if not the most popular store in America has tons of things to offer from food to tennis balls! TV to sheets for your bed. Clothes to jewelry.Prices very affordable!!!And if youre hungry you can always grab a sandwich from Subway!Dont forget to visit the pharmacy!

I was in and out in 20 minutes, I found everything I was looking for in their usual place.

Exit closed at 645p with no explanation by rude female associates. Very low stock in dairy yogurt also bottled oj and lemonade. Would expect better in this area.

A Walmarts a Walmart... What more do you expect

One of the better Walmarts. The only thing is sometimes customer service can give you issues on certain returns that are not allowed after purchasing which you dont know about until after you purchase the item. Other than that, self check and regular lines are pretty fast to get you in and out

I love visiting other states and finding their Walmart Supercenters. This might seem like nothing to those who live there, but when youre from NYC, the idea of a supercenter is incredible. I mean, these stores have EVERYTHING. I stocked up on enough clothes for my kid for the next year, and it cost me like, 1/8th of what it would have cost in NYC. Easy to find everything, ample parking. Glad I dont have to visit them more than twice a year, (itd get a bit much, probably) but awesome every once in a while.

I dont like automated checkout and only 1 register open at 10pm is rude. I try to avoid going here

Its a decently stocked walmart. But there is no tire and lube center. The outdoors department is consistently unattended. The worst is the that customer service desk is combined with the financial services - and sometimes there is only 1 attendant at the entire desk. Pros: the produce is usually excellent. Good selection of food. Good selection of electronics.

Returning items, went as smooth as possible.

I go to Walmart to save money which I believe is the driving force for most people. Shelves are not stocked adequately, staff doesnt want to be bothered helping you for the most part, they need to hire more cashiers as the lines are never ending!! Walmart is not a pleasant shopping experience.

COVID19 Central. 2 weeks ago a man took off his mask to sneeze and cough into his hands. He then wipe his hands on a refrigerated door and went onto touch many boxes of frozen foods. I normally absolutely love this Walmart. But today, far too many workers were curt and rude. I get it, it’s the holiday season and stressful. I’ve worked plenty of years in the hospitality business to understand this. But, this year is bad enough without having to deal with unnecessary rudeness.
