Probably one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. Bought a truck back in July from them, which they drove up and delivered. I used Car gurus which reported no accidents or anything with the car. While signing paper work I asked the salesman if it had a clean car fax and come to find out on page 2 it had a minor accident, not a huge deal but should’ve been disclosed in car gurus and also by the salesman without me having to uncover it.Later that day once the salesman left, I uncovered that the front camera completely was out…..(now mind you this stuff should’ve been checked at dealership) I called and they simply tell me “oh it’s under warranty take it to Ford”….. that’s an unacceptable response when spending almost 70k for a vehicle. Among going to ford there were other recalls that needed to be done including a rattle in the rear cabin……Fast forward to a few days later I tried to add an extended warranty, and the existing owner still had his active and he had to cancel his before ford would let me add it (by the way it’s now October and I’m still unable to add it) the salesman said he would call and have the owner take care of it. After trying to follow up numerous times I have given up trying to contact the dealership anymore.For a dealer with such a prominent reputation this is absolute the worst buying experience out of probably 12 car transactions. I would never recommend this dealership nor do business with them ever again.Spending almost 70k on a vehicle should be a good experience and this was simple awful.

I had received multiple methods of correspondence from BMW in regards to turning in my lease, starting 6 months before expiration. 2 months prior to the lease ending, I brought the car in to Braman Jupiter to see what my options were. The sales associate, Sean Kearney, was great. Very professional. His sales manager, Nick Patel, helped wrap up the deal to get us into the new car. We put a couple to a few thousand dollars down, as expected. But then we received a bill for another ~$2,000 from BMW as a balance. I called Nick Patel to inquire about why I received this bill since I traded in to the new car under this new trade in arrangement. He made it seem like I was intellectually incapable of understanding why I had a balance, and that it was my fault. Zero apology for any miscommunication, just blamed me. After extensive deliberation, we agreed to split the difference, but he was very arrogant, misleading, unprofessional, and I would consider him untrustworthy. I find it very hard to believe that this information was not available to BMW Braman, as the new lease is with the same BMW Financial Entity, and these costs/balances and financial arrangements should be made crystal clear to the customer.As a young professional who likely will get several more of these, I will certainly never do any business deals with Nick Patel again, and probably not Braman either. Will go to Miami to get another BMW, or just get a Tesla where the pricing and financial arrangements are more transparent. Tough for me to say that as a big BMW enthusiast, but Nick Patel was a huge turnoff for me. I think about him every time I drive down Indiantown road.

I recently purchased a vehicle and could not have had a better experience. My salesman, Paul, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car. He stayed late to make sure the deal got done, and even came on his day off to make sure the car was washed and ready to be picked up. I will definitely visit this dealer again for future needs.

Greeted quickly and professionally. All salespeople were with other customers. Less than 10 minutes a mgr came to explain this again and offered his assistance. All positive except. . . . the car i came to see had been sold the day before and no one bothered to update the website. Mgr didnt appear to realize either as he initially said he was checking to see where it was parked so I could look while waiting for a salesperson. He then said it was sold and that it took a minute for the website to be updated. I would have thought that the same person who just earned a commission the day before could have done the update as part of the sales process.

Test drove a used vechile. Was interested in purchasing it but once I received the quote via email after having to deal with a 2nd salesman because the 1st salesman never sent it to me he gave me a breakdown of the price and I laughed. Not only were there all these added fees on a used vechile they also put my trade in price(low balled) after taxes. I think we all know the trade in is not after taxes but before. The quote was insulting and a waist of time due to the fact we all have bought vehicles before and know how this works! Go to Earl Stewart and deal with true professionals!

Asked the lady behind the desk for help and walked with her to group of sales guys and each had an excuse (customer call backs, car check-in, going to lunch). Horrible customer service and they need to spend more time focusing on customers that are there in showroom to make an immediate purchase. Went directly to BMW of delray beach and got immediate help. Dont waste your time here in Jupiter!

I had a very good experience here, after having issues acquiring a rental at another location. All attendants were polite, and understanding of the situation, and made arrangements with a different location to pick up my car. I wish I could give this review a zero. NEVER have we had worse service in our lives. We took the car in because the drivers side window would not come up. The service agent said they think it is the motor and the part was in Jacksonville, but since it was a Friday it would not be ready until Tuesday. I said I would bring the car back and he said I had to leave it there. Every day I got a text saying they had no updates and when I questioned if the part was in he said the shop was backed up. On Thursday my husband called to say that we were going to come and pick up the car. The advisor said they just put it in the shop and would work on it first thing on Friday. He said he would be off but he would have another advisor call us by Friday at noon. No call. We kept calling and leaving messages. Finally at 4pm they called me and said they were returning my call. I said I want an update on my car. It had been there 8 days now. This fill in advisor said that he checked and the part would be in next Monday or Tuesday. So - we were lied to repeatedly. We picked the car up on Friday at 6pm. No apologies for what they put us through and weve lost 8 days. We have an appointment on Monday with Coggin. They even offered us a loaner car instead of an Uber ride home. We are new BMW owners and will never recommend Braman for service or purchasing.

I took my I8 in for service, they scratched the paint on the car and would not admit they did even though I have video of it. Also they recommended that I spend $500 on replacing the door struts on my door because the door won’t stay up. I said can you show me that and the door was working just fine. Not going back.

Horrible service. I have a very bad experience. They scratch my door when I took my car for oil change. The Service manager lacks customer service skills. They took care of the door on their own terms, and with bad attitude. Really bad blood. BMW brand is not well represented. See other reviews and you will notice this is a core issue they need to fix. Perhaps reassess management and hire customer service oriented professionals.

Service doesn’t get back to you and in fact the service department didn’t answer the phone 1 time from my calls. You always have to leave a message. Over the past 10 months I have emailed once and called 3 times and they don’t return your call. Maybe because I mention on the message it’s a warranty issue they don’t want to deal with it because I suppose not much is in it for them ???!!! Who knows. All I know is they don’t get back to you. It’s really unfortunate. Maybe once the car is there they’re better but if you can’t take your car in what good is that? Certainly will make me not want to purchase a car there in the future if they can’t compete simple service tasks. I also noticed when looking at poor reviews on Google mgmt. doesn’t even take the time to respond to them as they do with positive reviews. That says a lot too.

I truly believe that many 5-star ratings for this company are fabricated by employees or close associates. These mooks have been sending me literature on my BMW even though I turned it in years ago. Why? Because not one, not two, but three dealerships in the area had fiance managers who would not answer the phone, not respond to voicemail and were conveniently never around. That to me is not a coincidence but a company strategy to deter people from purchasing their lease so the can be tempted into getting financed for a new vehicle. Shameful carnival barkers.

I went to Braman in West Palm Beach but there were no available X5’s to test drive. I wanted to test drive a basic unloaded out vehicle. So we decided to go to the Jupiter Braman to see if we might have more luck there. I had purchased my x3 at Braman and was very happy with the dealership, in general. The Jupiter dealership was very quiet but the salesman, Steve Lee, was very eager to help us. We were very clear that we wanted as Basic a vehicle as possible and that the only requirements were that the vehicle be all wheel drive and be BLUE in color. He did not try to push anything that we did not want. In the end we got exactly what we came for and we are very happy. The vehicle was ready when promised and Steve had preprogrammed the car with my favorite radio station.

Purchased a certified 2016 BMW 528i about 5 months ago. On month 2 with less than 5000 miles the car sensed low brake pad in front. Turns out on a scale of 1 to 10, a 6 measured by tech is ok. Well 5000 miles later it hit a level 5 or lower requiring new brake pads. 1,000 dollars. First oil change April 2020 owned car for 5 months. Non synthetic oil poured out, missing rubber gasket to oil filter, oil filter torn because it had never been changed, ever. The smaller rubber gasket was green in color. It starts off black when you go 30k miles never replacing it turns green then almost off white. Certified BMW is absolute nonsense at this dealership. No problems with the sales staff but I had a very disappointing first service. My certified vehicle owners manual disappeared in the process and they told me that the only way to replace it was buying a new one. Its $63 but the principle is wrong and I dont think that I will take my vehicle to be serviced there ever again. I dont trust them.

The service was quick, but when I returned to my vehicle it was filthy It had a large amount of grease (oil?) on armrest, side door and steering wheel. I picked it up in front of showroom where I disposed in the garbage can the plastic that covered the backrest of the driver seat and the paper mat from the floor, also covered with grease footprints, and then I cleaned the door, steering wheel, and armrest with leather wipes I had in the car. I recommend going to a different service center, one that returns car clean especially due to virus concerns.

I would not recommend this dealership for any service. My vehicle was in for service at Braman BMW of West Palm Beach and given a loaner vehicle with A/C does not work properly. Prior to leaving the dealership, I informed the staff that the A/C was blowing extremely misty and I dont believe it was working.However, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except to drive the car for a few. When I left the dealership in West Palm Beach and started traveling north because I was in route going home, I stopped at Braman BMW of Jupiter to swap rental due to the A/C temperature condition was getting worst and notice my new born son was sweating in the back seat.When I arrived at Braman BMW of Jupiter location, I informed the service advisor of the issue and requested to be swapped out and was instructed to wait inside with my new born son until a service advisor gets to me, after sitting and waiting for over an hour, I was told by the advisor they dont have anymore loaners at this time, so my questions would be how is it possible your staff is putting other customers in loaners??? It appears every time I come in as a customer to their service department, its has been an extremely terrible experience. The service advisor look extremely lazy, the advisors I been encounter with they drag their feet to get anything done and I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this dealership for service.It is NOT good to have a customer standing with a new born for hours especially with this pandemic that we are in with COVID-19 and then let a customer know you dont have any vehicle and I ended up leaving with the same vehicle, EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I went to get my tire fixed due to nails getting in them. The customer service to get a loan fee was great and was extremely fast. The most frustrating and unprofessional part of it all was when I got my vehicle back. After servicing my car I get it returned back to me with a dirty back seat and the passenger side back seat is dirty and distorted with the seat having air pockets in them as if something was left on the back seat too long.I realize this was not my fault as I did not drop my car off in this position. I notified the first tenant that gave me the car and the agreed it looked distorted. The second tenant to come was no help and only said “This was not our fault”. I continue to state it was not dropped off in this manner and they were the only ones with the car. Finally they bring the manager around and this is where things turned for the worst.The manager comes outside and with no hesitation looks at my car and says this is not there fault as the car maintenance team does not touch the seats. I continue to explain again that I did not leave my car in this condition and we need to fix this issue since the entire experience with BMW was great up until now and I only want my car to be taken care of. She told me this is not their fault and it was mine since they do not touch that part of the car. She offered me a complimentary car wash to shut me up and I said since you are not willing to appreciate what has been done that will solve nothing and I am going to leave. After my statement she says, that is fine and turns her back and walks away!!!This is unbelievable and terrible customer service. The manger turns her back, never apologizes about the experience I have had and walks back inside.This is not a BMW problem more than it is a dealership problem. The manager needs a course on customer service on how to handle problems. The entire experience was ruined by what happened but not only what happens but how it happened and what was done about it.

I went to this location as I was in the neighborhood to get a new key for my BMW. Waited for 15 min for parts and service. No one ever came to help me, as ALL the sales people where sitting at their desks looking bored. Not one person came to say “hey, let me see if I can get someone to help you”. I bet the would have been RUNNING to me if I had come through the showroom! I left and went to Coggin in Ft Pierce with a totally different experience!

Took delivery of 2014 I3 with Rex. Most fun driving car ever. Just like the commercial, in the city its the first 50 feet that counts and this car makes it count! Auto parking is a blast, great to impress your friends. My other car is a Tesla P85D. Once you go electric, youll never go back.Sales team was great, much better that traditional car sales. Could still do away with the finance office step, though, still seems a little so 2000.

The exceptional drive and professional service cannot be beat. I normally despise the car buying/leasing experience, but James Hartnett made this a painless, even enjoyable, process. Wow. I am so disappointed. My recent visit for service required an overnight stay and I was cheerfully provided with a complimentary loaner car. Two days, or so, after I picked up my car, it had to be returned for additional service. Again, I was cheerfully provide with a complimentary loaner car. Picked up my car, returned the loaner and went on my way.The following month I noted a charge for the complimentary loaner car on my credit card. I made a trip to Jupiter to speak personally with my service rep. He acknowledged the error and was to put a refund in process. I have now left no less than three voice messages and have had NO response. This has now been over six seeks and still no resolution.Very unhappy customer.

I purchased a vehicle from Braman on Saturday afternoon Dec. 15th, leaving my old Mercedes as a trade in. Sunday morning (they are open on Sundays) I phoned the sales agent, Pat, and left a message that I would like to take my old car back as my son wanted to keep it. I left a similar message for Nick, the sales manager.Late Sunday afternoon I received a text from Pat asking if anyone had contacted me. No one had. On Monday I received a call from Pat stating that in order to get my car back I would have to pay an additional $1000 or try to buy it back at auction. I asked if he could see any way to eliminate this extra charge. He would see and get back to me.Have not heard. It soured an otherwise efficient experience.Disappointed.Nick left a phone message on Monday afternoon, no reference to the above, stating that he hoped I was enjoying my new vehicle.

My service advisor Andy Baron was able to schedule my maintenance appointment for the desired date and time, I was received at the service center immediately, and was out the door in a complimentary loaner vehicle within 10 minutes. They were able to perform my 30,000 mi maintenance (free for my x1 under warranty), and install and balance 4 new tires, same day. Completely satisfied. So glad they have the Jupiter office open again!

We stopped on Thanksgiving Day to look at a CPO X5 diesel that was on the lot before we went to my sisters. The whole family, including the dog, is in our car. I get out to look at the car before stopping in on Friday to make a deal. I was greeted by a nice security person who said I have to leave. I pointed to the car; 30 feet from the curb. It is 12 noon. He said because of insurance reasons. Ok. No problem. I am old enough to know at this stage in my life, that this is just a prelude of what is to come. Maybe they can get their insurance underwriter to purchase the X5. Cheers

Ive done my third x3 lease here, as I seem to do it every two-3 years. This time I got the new 2019. The car is a work of art. However, even moreso, the dealership has taken of me again. From Marc, in sales, to Ian, who runs the team, to Lisa who runs the whole group, they all worked with me to get into this without an arm and a leg. They were fast, efficient, and when they turned me over to Paul in finance it took 5 minutes. I have always had good experiences, this one was best. Im coming back in soon enough to trade in the volvo, when the time is right. Thanks Braman, truly!

I do not like Braman BMW on Okeechobee Boulevard, west palm beach Florida because they sold me a BMW X5. I Took it for granted that the vehicle by its model designation alone which is ask repeat correct that the vehicle was an all wheel drive. Several months later I discovered thatThe vehicle was a rear wheel drive, whichIs not desirable in NYS where I live half of the year. When I read my lease, it clearly stated four wheel drive. I called the salesman who sold me the car that it was too late to return the car. This is not what I call an honest person. I had b mentionedSeveral times that I could not find a Mercedes Benz GLE350 AWD at anyLocal Mercedes dealer. I did not realize that the need in South Florida for AWD was low.But it was like going to a Subaru dealershipAnd not getting an AWD.Enough said. I would not buy a bicycle fromThis dealer, despite all their advertising andThe high end line of vehicles they sell.Honesty is everything as far as the public goes.I think their Honda store has more integrity.A friend swears by them.Thank you for your patience.
