Try to apply for a job at the Jupiter Florida location had more than enough experience for the position yet the receptionist at this location was a complete a****** about helping me navigate their website for the application process. A call was put into the corporate office out in California and notified them of her rudeness and her unwillingness to help a future new employee.Also theyre loading and unloading process is as slow as molasses as I know several truck drivers that have tried to have their trucks loaded there. I guess they just hire anybody these days without the proper experience for the positions. Corporate needs to get more involved in this location in Jupiter and the receptionist at the desk needs to be fired as she thinks this is her company. I was told by her that she runs the show there. I do not recommend anybody apply for employment at this location unless the receptionist has been fired. She is a red-haired lady that wears glasses. Corporate you need to get involved in the hiring and firing of employees at this location so it can run properly.

Usually a nice place to pick up.... Today completely a mess, try to pick 2 different loads... Couldnt get any, waste 3 freaking hours... Left that place empty!

As a truck driver, this is a fine place to visit. They are quick and get you in and out in about an hour.

Don’t come here give me appointment when you get a receiver it’s not a true appointment hey you will wait 24 to 48 hours to unloaded

We load a dedicated lane for Niagara each day I have to say they are well organized and fast loading within an hour. I appreciate shippers like them.

They were nice and friendly, and they let me sleep in my truck on their property when other shippers didnt

They are not loading a 53ft trailer correctly anymore way to much in the nose 1k over on my drives 1 single in the nose the other 16 pallets doubled not even close to the trl tandems.

When niagara first opened up you could get loaded before app. time and take only an hr load time. Now you have to show up exactly at app. time not 1 hr before not 30 min before, and it takes more time to get loaded at least thats what I experienced on 6/25/20. Just show up 15 min. earlier than app time because theres always a truck checking in at gate takes 5 to 7 min. each truck checkin. Also bring food. Be safe

Ive only loaded here this 1 time, I wouldnt come back, not sure how these other drivers got loaded so quick, but it took me 4 hrs, and I was on time for my appointment.I would avoid, unless you have no other options and are desperate to haul a heavy cheap load of water.

A review of recruitment.I was reviewing our conversation this morning.  With that I also looked at the reviews of Niagara Bottling on two different sites. My impression is that from the top down including my conversation with you that the environment is actually worse then my last position. From you I got that I am the wrong person for the position but just maybe if I misrepresent my experience and am willing to be abused I too could be under paid and worked to death. I have talked to a lot of recruiters and my wife is one also, not one has talked down a position as much as you did. I am not sure how long you have been there but I think it maybe time you find a happier place to work. Recruiters are the first face many see in a company. You not only controlled the conversation, you stepped over me talking several times and it seems that you have what you want to say and nothing will get in the way of that. At this time please remove me from consideration for a position that you had to be pressed to even bring up.

Drivers and Comapanies This Place do not count checking time when you got there and checking at the gate. They check you in when they have avaliable door for you. So basically every trucks are late because they are so busy or scheduled too many trucks per day. Importan notice to Broker Companies Do not charge late time fees, also pay detention thru the app, tracking or phone calls check because times on BOL is definitely not true on this place. This happen only here in jupiter niagara. Groveland Niagara do not have this problem .

In and out...10 months agoI yesterday 6/28/21, they now load with robots. Used to be 45 minutes loading, was in dock 4 hours. Not sure Im going back to this location. Robots are the problem; slow loading. Terrible

Very unorganized place stop at the gate for 30 to 45 min told there was no docks available, but over half the docks were empty. And it took over 3 hours to load.
