This is my favorite Publix in the area. Its a little smaller than the one closer to my home but it always seems to be better stocked. The associates are very friendly and helpful. They always seem to be working and not playing on their phones like happens that so many other stores. The deli is great and always has whatever Im looking for. The bakery is always full of fresh baked Publix goodies. I dont know how you could expect better quality or variety from their meat and produce sections. I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience at this Publix. Like this review if you find it helpful.

Smaller store. It does not have the same things. As the newest stores. But good staff. Trader Joes is hands down better customer experience. Staff is amazing.

I like the subs at your Publix to take to the beach and I like some toppings on the side so they do not get soggy. Whenever Austin prepares my subs they are always great and he does not get upset when I ask for special requests. Thank you Austin for making this my favorite Publix.

Good place to shop!

Never in my life have I ever seen such an unprofessional manager to coworker relationship. We were at the deli and the lady making our subs had a little trouble figuring out what tofu is since I had ordered the garlic herb tofu sub. She proceeds to ask her coworkers for help and she’s still confused then she goes to the manager in the floral shirt and the manager snaps at her and says “ I can’t help you now I have 25 online orders! Would you like to do this instead?!” That was totally unnecessary. . . We just left the order was made around 11:40. I hope she gets retrained for better social skills.

Discrimination. Im from lake worth but when I heard the surf was good in juno I drove up and surfed all day at the beach and came in to get some lunch and a drink. I grabbed my food and went to pay, the cashier was extremely nice but I noticed the bag boy was just mean mugging me. I have no problem with that Intel he didn’t bag my food and drink, I asked him nicely if he could bag my food and he rolled his eyes and practically squashed my sub with my tea, not to mention he called me a cracker. I was in shock, with all the horrible things going on in the world he calls me that. I would not go here.

Publix at The Bluffs is a wonderful grocery store. While smaller than many of their counterparts, the staff works to make it a personable experience. They are friendly, greeting you as they see you. The management sets the bar by accommodating any needs Ive requested.

20 years ago I spoke to high ranking manager at Kroger company. I told him that I was impressed with the service, quality, everything that Publix Co offers and would like if Kroger can be like them. He told me that Publix was No one in country and all other companies looking up to them.Today, 20 years later all is left of that great store is extremely high prices for everything.Quality of the product are just average and quality of the produce below average.But the prices are 2, 3 times higher then in any other grocery stores. All I can say it is pure customer ripoff.I think Florida deserve better. I hope Kroger will move in and compete for our business.Vinet Herovic

Always clean with friendly service

Ive never had a problem at this Publix until I stopped in after work one day while still wearing the clothes I work construction in. The manager of the store, a big fat bald jerk, followed me all over the store and then was waiting at the exit for me to ensure that I was paying for my items. This is profiling at its best. This man made me feel like I was the lowest human being on earth simply because I work hard for a living and my work uniform isnt a suit and tie. He can be assured that I WILL be reporting this to corporate and will not stop until something is reciprocated. Absolutely appalling.

Placed an online deli order since I work in the plaza and am very busy. Placed it at 920am, when I arrived at 950am no one knew anything about an order placed online. Someone eventually found it on the ground, picked it up, amd without changing her gloves went to go make my sub. I asked her to please changed her gloves as thats sick and i wouldnt want it that way, then told her I would come back. Not even 10 minutes later I return to the woman stocking the freezer and no sub made in sight. I work in a bery busy office, thats why I like to place orders to try and coordinate around my work. Treated very rudely by employees I see EVERY DAY because I asked where my sub was. Im on a schedule, it shouldve been long aince finished considering there was np one in the entire deli section. Another example of Publix is going downhill.

We have been shopping at The Bluffs Publix for most of this century because we love the service and, of course, the variety & excellence of the food. ❤

Unless you have no where else to shop then I guess they will do otherwise they are frequently out of most popular products. Very small store with little to offer. Do yourself a favor go to the one at Us1 and Indian town where their well stocked and have better trained employees. Additionally the one at Us1 and PGA is just as bad if not worse

I would assert this Publix has the friendliest cashiers Ive ever experienced at a Publix. Its really a small staff so you get to know them each individually if youre a regular. Some complaints: the deli is the slowest deli of any Publix, so ordering a sub sometimes takes upwards of fifteen to twenty minutes. Its one of the smaller stores so it doesnt have the best selection of everything, but pretty close. The summer can get a little annoying with kids trashing the place, but their staff does a good job with upkeep. Overall, an average Publix but knowing the crew very well makes me give this one 4 stars!

Staff is very friendly and very helpful at this Publix. We enjoy shopping here very much. Everything is very clean and easy to find and the people are very kind and helpful.

Tried to return a few items that I could not use. The service desk staff was rude and denied my return. The assistant manager bluntly told me they will not do anything for me. Made me feel like I was a second class citizen. I have shopped Publix for many years and never seen such terrible customer service. I now avoid this particular Publix even though its right down the street from my house.

This is my go to spot to grab a sub to take onto the beach. They get very packed on nice beach days and would love to have more hands to help out the customers. The staff is extremely lively and very helpful!

I have been into this store 3-4 times a week to but groceries and lunches since my job moved me to a knew building. I have consistently had TERRIBLE service there from every employee I have come into contact with. I purchased a family lunch combo for me and some people at my job last week and they actually searched the combo bag as if I was attempting to steal something? Then argued with me about purchasing the combo! To top it all off I emailed a complaint to the company a week ago and nobody has even attempted to contact me about it. Its like they already know this is a horrible location and dont care. Do yourselves a favor and dont go here.

Place needs to be remodeled

Been shopping here for 20 years, its a small store but the staff is usually friendly. Sometimes during season shopping here can be unpleasant because of all the rude snowbirds and tourists. Publix needs to train baggers better, you dont pack bread with potatoes or food with cleaning products.

I shopped at this Publix for 30 yrs. I moved to Orlando and came back for a visit. Everyone is still as friendly as ever. The best.

This Publix is horrible. They know the snowbirds will keep them in business so they really dont give a damn. You have to really check the Produce right there - dont wait until you get home because the odds are, you will find something rotten. The Customer service desk, is anything BUT customer service. I brought something back that was expired, and she looked at me as if I were a criminal. The animosity in this Publix is so thick, you can cut it with a knife.Over the past few years, this store has gone so downhill, you can say that this is the new Walmart, but that wouldnt be fair to Walmart.The people that work in the Deli Department are in no hurry. Give yourself plenty of time as you will wait ad nauseam.Other options: There is The Fresh Market right over the bridge on Indiantown Rd. There is also a Whole Foods Market 5 miles south in Palm Beach Gardens along a Trader Joes.This is why competition is so important. The options that I mentioned, are far superior to Publix. Use the power of your purse and never settle for the garbage that this Publix dishes out.Thanks for reading.
