Clean and well organized store . Sales person attitude is horrible. Very disappointing service.

Very bad experience. There were 3 employees looking if Im going to take any product. They Surround me. They make me feel very bad. Its a very prestige area with very wealthy people.

Clean store, well stocked, the associate was very friendly and helpful. I would come here again and there are two stores that are closer to me.

After reading reviews.. I expected the worst! Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I guess it’s under new management.... they were great!

Sign says it closes at seven it is right now for 30 and no one is in the store and it’s locked And no sign to tell me if/when they will return. They lost at least seven customers due to this mishap. And that’s only the ones I was waiting with I was told there was two more that were just waiting as well but they decided to go to Publix. Unfortunately Publix does not have what I need. I just want Shea and cocoa butter! Darn you sally! Darn you to heck!

This location is the worse. Each time I go, I have a bad experience. Today I walk in and two associates are chatting at the register. They didnt welcome or acknowledge me. I grab what I need and get ready to check out, but the two associates made their way to the back and continued chatting. One was eating a banana and I had to go get her because I was waiting for a while. Customer service is very poor. Who is managing this place?

This is the most pleasant place I go to buy all my beauty supplies. The store manager is so helpful and she’s very nice… and good looking

This is by far the worst location Ive been to. This evening I went in and the associate was on the phone having a personal conversation. I wanted to inquire about a few things, yet there I was attempting to look for answers on my phones internet. I understand that the store closes at 7pm, I wasnt trying to stay past that time at all. However, by 6:46pm the associate walked to the back and turned down the lights. The door was locked as I attempted to leave, I unlocked it myself. Not one word was said to me the entire time. The other locations Ive been to always greet their customers and ask if they at least need any assistance, not the case here at all.

Asked for help in getting a toner and she told me the wrong stuff to get a new totally ruined my hair making it orange!

Employee absolute rude!!!!! I asked about O.P.I Infinite Shine base and top coat duo and she sternly tells me NO WE DISCONTINUE THAT! even though the other day I saw Ulta carried it but I wanted to take my advantage of my Sally Pro card. Then changes her story No we are out of stock.... Really? No even if you went out back to check I wouldnt spend my money here. Id rather drive down to West Palm Beach to another Sallys or CosmoProf where they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. F*** this place, this place is going down hill fast. Better change your attitude.
