Unpleasant to shop here. Employees were keep chatting and didnt listen to my help. I was standing front of them. I dont know why ignored me. Impolite to customers. Not only me I guess. That was bad experiencedA lot of shelves were out of stock and not tidy up. Difficult find a items which were I looking for.

I came in for a photo item I ordered online. The staff member got it for me quickly. I wanted to speak with pharmacy for a moment about moving a prescription from CVS to another pharmacy because JC is too far for me. I just moved from Philadelphia to Manhattan and do not want to keep driving to JC for my medicine. He came over quickly, was very kind, and answered my question. It was so smooth and easy. I hope the pharmacies in Manhattan will be as smooth.

It was decent, the cashier was nice and I went for the UPS drop off site. I picked up some paper towels that were BOGO free and she misedited it to 1/2 off instead when I told her. Didn’t want to deal with having to show her and be there longer.

I walked in cvs was greeted by young lady name Lexi she help me without hesitation she was all over the store helpings shopper good customer service she was the only one working taking care of the store doing passports I was amazed she a great hard worker she needs a raise 😊 thank you for your service you can tell she likes to work and my experience was nice they need more workers like her thank you

I come to this location at least once a month for my first aid supplies and other various items. I have never had any problems and today I had the car sales men of CVS today. I already had what he was advertising to me but he did a bang up job selling it before I remember I already have the service any ways his name is Tyree Douglas and that guy needs a higher paying sale job in the company. Hats off to him. 10 out of 5 stars.

WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!I would never return to this location.

Their phone system is horrible, I called in 7 times to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription and all seven times I was hung up on when the automated system went to switch me to the pharmacist

Taking the time to write this because of the poor customer service that I received today from Dakota Dochenetz who identified herself as one of the managers at the CVS located in Junction City, KS. I ordered a lawn sign online, tracked my order the entire time, saw it was delivered and received the ready to pick up email. When I arrived today to pick my order up I gave Dakota my last name, she looked for my order and told me she did not see anything. I asked her what my options were or if I could give her ANY other identifying information (first name, order number, phone number, etc) Dakota proceeded to sit down on the stool behind the register with her body slouched and told me NO! That there was nothing else she could do for me at that point I asked for the manager, that’s when she identified herself as one. Lol I was in disbelief as she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes at me and told me there was nothing else that she could do for me, and that “It’s not her fault my order isn’t there and this type of stuff happens all the time!” There was no apology for any inconvenience or no effort on her part to solve the issue. Basically I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying costumer. Thankfully another store manager came up to help Shabreese and she actually found my order after I left the store IT WAS THERE but under my maiden last name! Had Dakota allowed or even asked for more information all of this could have been avoided. The box was literally the biggest box there with ALL MY INFORMATION ON IT! Order #, phone number, first name wrong last name but regardless Dakota showed herself to be lazy and incompetent she can barely manage herself yet alone a store or department. Will be calling to speak with the store manager and cooperate office as well.

I had a great experience yesterday. The manager was very kind and worked with me on a communication mishap. He did not hesitate to make things right and I will definitely be returning!!

I would like to compliment the pharmacy staff, in particular Jodi and Jess. Purely by chance, I have had most interactions with Jodi and have always found her to be knowledgeable and friendly and willing and able to answer all questions. Ive most recently run into an issue of some complexity that has been handled in a superior manner by Jess. She showed great patience and professionalism. Both of these ladies are a great asset to your store.

If my insurance didn’t force me to go to CVS and it weren’t an additional half hour of driving to get to the next one, this place would never, ever get my business. Pharmacy technicians are rude and unprofessional. I love CVS overall, but this location is a dumpster fire.

Im in town visiting from another state I wanted to get some water pills. The lady at the pharmacist said you have to have a Prescription for them that is not true. I travel a lot and have to get them from time to time. I told her I didnt think I was true and she told me to go to the weight loss area. I spoke to the manager on my way out and he said he would talk to her. Im a regular shopper at CVS and Ive also work in the pharmacy before not at CVS she should have knew what I was talking about. Im giving two stars because the manager seemed to be bothered after I told him what happened.

After multiple failed attempts at home we gave in and went to CVS to get our passport photos taken. Heather greeted us upon entering and asked how she could help. We told her and she took us where we needed to be. Since we have 2 small children she started with the youngest first. We laughed and said good luck. Got his photo first try! Then we took turns until we were done. We left with great photos and less frustration because of Heather. She did a great job!!

The new store manager is kind of rude. I liked the old manager he was super helpful and always helped me with my coupons and stuff. He was really friendly.

Everytime Ive gone in there, it was always for a quick in and out. I knew exactly what I needed, but never could manage to make it a quick visit. I always seem to have to wait at the register, with no cashier, or any other employee for that matter, in sight for AT LEAST 5 MINUTES. This last visit as the cashier FINALLY started to walk to the front and clearly noticed me leaning with my back against the counter, no sooner than another costumer crossed the sliding doors, did the employee proceed to escort her around the store first, before checking me out with my one item.... Priorities, right???? Never have I left that place completely irritated, unless dealing with the pharmacy alone. Thankfully is very few and far between that I cant find what I need elsewhere!

WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!Call and spoke to someone in the pharmacy. Was told I could pay for my daughters prescription (college student away from home) over the phone, but prescription wasnt ready & to call back in 30 mins. Called pharmacy back, put on hold for 5+ mins and was hung up on. Called pharmacy again, put on hold for 5+ mins and was hung up on again! Called again, but skipped the pharmacy ext & went for the general numbers help ext. After 3 transfers, I was told I couldnt pay by phone. Stated I was told I could, put on hold again for 3+mins while pharmacy manager was called. After learning the prescription was over $50, was told that the pay by phone limit was $50. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! First employee was nice, but uninformed. Majority of rest of employees were rude/put out/clueless.Told my daughter to find another pharmacy!!! We will not be spending any more money here! If she didnt need the medicine immediately, Id have it transfered to another pharmacy.
