I use J&M tire and muffler exclusively and have for years . They are the most honest and professional in Joplin/ Webb City. This is a great company with great employees ..as a customer for many years they have my highest recommendation.

Webb City location: after every repair my car would end up broke down on the side of the highway days later. This happend 3 times with 2 cars before I got smart and took it somewhere else. I havent broke down since. Women beware. The main dude at the WC location will take advantage of you. Last time he messed up it cost me $1400.

Not a honest place, had the front end rebuild and they dont do a full alignment. They only do a alignment on what they did to the car. But charge full price.
