Staff here a down to earth and not afraid to speak their mind. Good place to joke around with the staff as you pick up drinks. Lots of drinks to pick from and they even have mixer packs that theyve tried and put together. Great place for a quick run.

IM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE! Really cool spot with a great variety of craft beer. You can buy singles of tons of stuff and they have very reasonable prices. They even have a whole section of sours!!! Theres a whole section of seasonal beer, local beer, and tons of other varieties (even sissy beer) They also offer beer tastings before you fill your growler. Cant wait to come back and try tons more beer.

For craft beers in Joplin, Jugz is the place to go. Definitely the biggest selection in town and almost all beers can be bought by the bottle so you can mix and match easily. They also have a nice selection of spirits, including some you cant find anywhere else in the area. For the homebrewers, they have all your supplies here too. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This place is GREAT!!!!They always have the fun crafty beers that I would want to try. They always have the staple flavors that are tried and true. They have taps and you can try before you buy. 😍They also are some of the nicest people in the business! In fact, they’re one of the only places in the area that will gladly let me bring in my bicycle(due to thieves in Joplin), while I shop. Top notch, EVERYTHING!!!

I only gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me give no stars. I just went in to this location and I was the only one wearing a mask. Its one thing if u choose not to wear one but it is now a city mandate, so all Joplin City Businesses should do their part and wear them. No one, I mean no one other then myself was wearing one and there were multiple employees working. It made me sick to my stomach I almost just walked out. I for sure will not be returning, and if you care about your safety you shouldnt go there either.

Im from Ohio and I walked into this place and loved it! The atmosphere is amazing and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of beer, spirits, and wine! I picked up Four Rose Limited Edition barrel strength bottle and also a little edition Makers Mark wood finish series RC6. Definitely would come back here again.

Clean, neat, friendly staff, large selection

My wife and I traveled from New England to see friends. We stopped at this Liquor store on our way through. I would recommend stopping here to anyone. The building and decor is awesome, it has a real country feel with all the repurposed materials. It was very clean, well organized. A owner was extremely nice and gave me the history on the place. He was also very attentive to answering our local beer questions!

Great selection! Professional, friendly staff. Something like 600 beers and they are in the process of adding more coolers! You can build custom four packs and six packs. Looks like plenty of wine and liqueurs as well. Im looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice people! They have an awesome selection of beer for build your own. They have imports from all over, as well as beers from local breweries. Jugs is always my first choice when it comes to going out to buy a 6-pack. They also have awesome spirit packs, which are a soda or energy drink couple with an airline bottle of liquor. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Didnt expect to see a beer bottle shop like this in Joplin while we were passing through the area. Pretty amazing selection of beer, and pretty much everything is available as singles.The beer is arranged in categories - hoppy, porter/stouts, sissy beer (think coolers, fruity, etc.), Pilsner, sours, etc. Youll find the bigger craft breweries represented as well as smaller and more hard to find.There is also a growler bar where you can get tap beer to go. They had about eight available, with some beers that were only available on tap - the breweries dont put them out in cans or bottles.We had the pleasure to talk to the owner for a bit. Hes passionate about beer and it shows in both his attitude and in the way he runs his shop. Hes very knowledgeable and was happy to point out some beers we might like based on our conversation.If you love beer, are new to beer, or are anywhere in between, youll have a hard time finding a better place to go. Amazing selection, good prices, and a friendly staff that knows beer. Check them out and discover your new favorite bottle shop.

Hands down the best place to buy or try beer. They have a huge variety that you can buy a bottle at a time that is cold and ready to drink without marking it up. They dont have as big as investment in liquor but they have a lot of stuff from smaller distilleries and local stuff as well as more uncommon things that cycle through seasonally.You can tell they order and buy what interests them rather than just keeping a stock of basics and they are always ready to talk about something new.

This is my favorite liquor store in Joplin bar none. The owner Harold is a very approachable and very knowledgeable guy. I have been asking him to stock mead for almost two years and I got my wish, now they have the best mead selection in town. I have quite a few new favorite beverages thanks to this place and for that they will always have my patronage.

Always a stop when we come back to our hometown. We live in Kansas City and are surrounded by Liqour stores and Jugs in Joplin always has the rarest and best finds. Harold the owner always takes his time to help us find what we need and even better suggestions. There is always a great selection of craft beer and high end Liqour. This place is my go-to for any liquor need I have. They are friendly and helpful! Last year a friend and I decided to adventure into wine and mead making and Jugs had all of our needs. They encouraged us in every way and advised us to just have fun with it.

If you like craft beer this place is for you! They have a really decent selection. A lot of places have a build your own six pack option, but Jugz has multiple (huge) coolers full of singles you can include in your build your own six pack. I was also really pleased with the friendliness of the staff.

When they are open, we love this store. Super convenient location and very quick to get in and out. We tried to go tonight (a Saturday) at 8 PM. Door was locked and there was a lady behind the counter who just glared rudely at us. Website says they dont close until 11. This isnt the first time this happened. Unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere due to the unreliability.
