Refused service since my Service Animal did not have a Service Vest on. The Americans with Disabilities Act DOES NOT require Service Animals to wear any form of identification, and Store employees can inquire; 1 if it is a Service Animal, and 2 what service they provide. I have been at this location MANY times, including twice in the past week, with no issues. But apparently Stephanie feels she can make her own rules.
