Very clean and polite staff member. Best looking laundrymat too. Nice woman was even painting to keep it looking fresh. Machines work well for the price.

Dont get to the laundry mat very often, but when I do...the 15th street laundry is awesome! Always clean, friendly, helpful. There is always an attendant. Not once have I been in that been someone wasnt sweeping or moping. I feel safe ! If you go in the evenings, say Hi to Stephanie for me!
I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the staff, especially Stephanie, is always very friendly. The machines are kept in good repair. Also, the prices are decent.
The force is strong with this one! Even though the parking lot was full and it was dreadfully hot and humid inside, the little Star Wars girl working there always kept her cool and had a kind word for everyone (even the ones who didn’t deserve it!). She was very helpful at teaching this old dog a few new tricks as well! Will definitely return to this laundry mat in a galaxy (not so) far away!
I want to point out a specific employee who works at 15th st coin Laundromat. STEPHENIE, you do a fantastic job. She always has a good additude which is huge, shes always moving and takes time to help anyone who needs it at the same time. She needs to be recognized for sure. She takes pride. 5 stars from me to you!
Its always clean here, and all the workers Ive met are super friendly. Its conveniently open 24/7. My only complaint would be that the parking lot is small and kind of hard to get into.
Quick, Clean and efficient. Only complaint I have is; it smelt to the high heavens of bleach. Myself and two coworkers went to wash clothes and one is allergic to bleach, we had to sit by front door to catch some air. Dont know if it was cleaned down with bleach or if it was customers that were there already.
My first time at this laundromat and I really enjoyed it. I only had to use the dryers because the house I just moved in to doesnt have a working dryer. Super Clean facility, and whoever said, the little blonde cleaning lady needs to be fired, must have done something they shouldnt have to piss her off, because she was super friendly and super professional. Will definitely return.
This place makes doing laundry a breeze! The lady is extremely friendly and super sweet! Just moved to joplin and didn’t have any clean clothes or a washer and dryer so going here takes lots of stress off of my daily life!!

Super clean place. No one just hanging around loitering making you feel uncomfirtable. Attendant on duty if you need any assistance and the 2 ladies that have been there when we went were very nice.

Cleanest laundromat Ive been to here. Nice, friendly and hard working attendant. Huge washer an dryers. Reasonable prices, and they actually were clean when done (unlike other places Ive been to my clothes looked dirtier after washing than before). Only complaint would be that there should be an attendant or someone there after 10pm.

Truck driver here u can bobtail to this laundromat! and they got a big empty lot u can park in and walk in easy in and out ..do not drive down alley low hanging wires big washers for those big blankets r bags of cloth..id say trucker friendly..!

I like going to the 15th StreetCoin Laundry when I need to wash my King sized comforter. The ladies that work here are friendly and the facilities are very clean. Also the machines can be paid by card at the Kiosk! No need to go to the ATM to get cash and then change it out! There are several different sized washing machines with various pricing to match your laundry load and budget. There are also a multitude of dryer machines and those cost 25 cents to run! Bathroom locked when you have kids its hard to do laundry when they need to go. Also 46 makes a loud noise. And almost always a washer or dryer not working. Like need to do like shifts for a graveyard person cause when the girl leaves at 9/10 if there a issue there no one to help

Fine as long as you dont go late at night. Which sometimes I do but there are strange people working around talking to themselves and lots of other crazy things going on up there in the wee hours of the morning and late hours of the night other than that its nice clean place.
A super popular laundry spot for the downtown community here in Joplin. Youre SURE to witness drug-activity and other big-games out in the parking lot, but they seem to keep it OUTSIDE. Prolly cause theres some pretty impressive CCTV cams here. Overall, its a safe, clean place to get larger loads done. 😎

I had gotten overwhelmed with laundry so I decided to get it all done at once and go to the Coin Laundry. I haven’t been since you used to use quarters. I loved the fact that you can use a debit card they have new technology and their equipment is clean and so is the facility. The most pleasant part was Stephanie who helped me from the moment I walked in. You can tell she likes her job and takes pride in her work!

Ive been doing laundry here since Ive moved here in November. The facilities in our apartments are horrible. These ladies at 15th Coin are all hard workers keeping this place clean. So clean I really dont see myself doing laundry at home again. Haha. Takes me 2 hrs usually and when Im done they help me load my car. Usually asking if we need anything else. Just the best customer service care in town. They seem to care ❤.

Had to bring in a bunch of my work stuff for a new job. Work on a farm so clothes had a lot mud and hay that fell off while I was putting them in. The new girl working (Jennifer) was awesome about not making me feel self conscious about the mess and had it all swept up before I knew it. Service with a smile!

I come to this laindrymat often because I stay with friends and they dont have a dryer. The evening attendant, Stephanie, is a wonderful asset to this business. She is always upbeat, helpful, and goes above and beyond everytime I have watched her. She makes doing laundry away from home a pleasant experience. She deserves a raise!
I used this laundry for a couple of years & loved it. Then my situation changed & I became homeless. I was 60+ years old was on my way to a job interview, on foot, in the middle of summer. I stopped in there to ask if I could just sit for a few minutes. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that I wasnt welcome there. There was an employee who took pity & let me stay there in the wee hours. I learned so much about this town while I was homeless. I was here for the big tornado & it was amazing how everyone came together to help each other. But on a day to day basis, when there is no credit to get for helping, help is hard to find. When youre over 60 years & you need a restroom, try finding one in this town. I used to eat at the Griffith Building. When I was homeless & staying at Souls Harbor, they put locks on the bathrooms because they were having a homeless problem. Im not homeless now & I remember every business that turned me away.

Never had a problem here. Always machines available every time Ive been. Love that theyre set up to take Debit cards. Love not having to bring excessive quarters. They are pet friendly as well! Both top loading and front loading (different sizes) machines and 2 larger size dryers. This is also one of the cheapest Ive found so far starting at $2.00 per top loader and .25¢ each 7 minutes to dry.
