As a person with a hunger for design, and having received valuable information about their products and referring me to this company, I am rather disappointed that they seemingly pick and choose who to talk to or call back. I tried reaching them a couple of times and have not had my call returned. I understand if the company is not busy, but it is just common courtesy and business standards of keeping a record of customer call flow. If I need any home products for redesign, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
