I love Sallys. Ive been shopping with the company for well over a decade. This location I am not a fan of. They have a few young girls there that act like they hate their job and they absolutely will not inform you of any rewards that you have on your account. You have to ask them to look it up for you and then they sound annoyed when you ask because they have to do something extra. I had $30 sitting on my account in rewards and Ive been shopping at this location for almost a year and not one of them told me!

Very polite and professional staff. Went above and beyond to help me with a membership issue. They helped me look for specific nail colors and also saved me some money by showing me buy one, get one free polishes. Good experience.

I have asked for 4 weeks for them to order some extrention tape and they still dont have it in. I will never go back to this store from now on i will order my beauty supplies online. I strongly discourage anyone from using this beauty supplier unless you want to disappoint your clients!

No one was wearing a mask, the employees were wearing them wrong (only over their mouths). Its obvious they dont care about the safety of others.I couldnt even get what I came in for because there were 3 people in the isle I needed, and none of them were wearing a mask. I wouldnt have bought anything if my niece didnt want something while we were there.

Sold me the wrong items for what I needed and didnt help at all when I asked if that was all I needed then they tried to sell me stuff I didnt want for the color

The lady at the counter was a bit standoffish, but the older gentleman inside stocking was absolutely wonderful.

Nice people but alot of product isnt in stock.

I have to say the young lady who helped me done a fantastic job.. She was very nice..very clean place..ill be back..

Always get great assistance and advice from the employees here. Theyre all very friendly, know their products and customers needs, theyve been in our shoes. Ill continue to shop here for all my hair and nail needs.

I dread coming to Sallys anymore after I get off work in the evenings. The blonde, older lady is always rude and has a matter-of-fact attitude. Tonight she seemed flustered and shut the Employee Only door extremely hard a couple of times I was in there. The store also smelt like someone has been smoking cigarettes in there.Everyone else that I see, other than her, is really nice, but it doesnt make up for where she lacks.

I asked for help to get the proper stuff to do my root touch up. Not only was the lady rude, she pointed me to the wrong developer. So I have leopard printed hair and I will most definitely never be coming back to this location again.

Ugh. If i could give 0 stars i most definitely would. I walked into the store the other night finally got the workers attention. I simply explained my i guess u could call it, problem( a lil too much to type) but she simply just no thought or effort at at and grabs a box off of a shelf right beside her and says here u go that should work out for you. I said are u sure? Oh yea yea should do it. Long story short i got a worse result from the item she with no thought neccessary handed me. I trusted her advice. And now what i was so excited to do just ended up leaving me miserable, beyond unhappy. Looks like i seemed to know a lil bit more than she did because i said, i dont need any red corrector are u sure? And low n behold i did need it. Was suppose to be a beautiful bright blonde color with no red tint to it and it is just barely lighter than what i was before with the same strawberry blonde color that i had said i always get from other brands only i had to pay more for my results this time than i normally would have! If she didnt know the right advice, how bout dont give it then if u dont know!Thanks so much for being of no help at all n me ending up being highly disappointed! The young lady with i believe it was green color she had at the bottom of her hair!What a waste of time n money!Regret going there badly now! When i WAS all excited thinking i had someone that knew just what i needed! Ha, boy was i wrong! I used to shop there all the time. Now i see why its been so long now.Ugh. Now im looking at the previous reviews, i should have read these Before i went! Sounds like my exact situation! Just pitiful!

Only rude people work here, they know nothing about hair and are very useless when asking for advice. Im so glad I know a thing or two about hair because if I took their advice Id probably be bald by now. They are always hiring and its probably because so many people complain about their crappy customer service. I love the store and everything it has to offer. I just wish the people that worked there were friendly and the environment was more friendly. I actually dread going there to get my hair products because the people working there are so rude and hateful, I feel uncomfortable. They have signs posted for deals all in the wrong spots and when you buy the products they dont give you the deal even though they had the signs up for it.

There are never enough products for people of color.

Ugh this used to be the friendliest place to go. Ladt time i went in the atore she wouldnt take my coupon and was more worried about what kind of pizza her husband was ordering. This time i called to make sure they were open until 9 pm like it stated online and the person said on the phone. Nope they werent open. Is keeping my rewards card really worth it?

My hair got to a dark almost black when the lady hand picked told Me what use my hair had green in I guess but was blonde went in today felt like not really there problem when it is ur sales girl did this wont be back
