I went to the Geek squad and they couldnt help me with my android phone and suggested I take it to the guys in the cell phone area. They were able to go above and beyond to help me without pushing me to buy a new phone. I will always go to them with all my phone issues. They are so helpful and so nice.

Can not even get through a phone call. Worst automated phone system I have ever used. This cost them a $1200.00 purchase. Never shop there again in store or online to much BS and red tape.

The service on the floor is pretty bad, but I feel like that is probably related to staffing shortages and lack of experience of employees in certain departments. Still some of the best deals and the open box items are always worth checking out. Clean store and good GeekSquad services.

Pretty blah... no one greeted me or offered to help me look for anything... went in looking for a 4k 144hz monitor but left with nothing but a sense of unfulfillment. Christmas is coming, better step up your greeting game and try to help sell stuff. Unless you just want to be an online fulfillment center and not a store front.

Matt walked me through what they had done with my laptop and that because it was so old there was nothing that would help it if the problem came up again. They backed up my files on a flash drive. I was very pleased with the service.

If youre looking for new tech for you, your home, or a loved one or friend, Best Buy will hook you up. TVs, computers, some console accessories, and lots more to pick from. The staff at Best Buy are kind, and are very helpful when looking for specific items, very clean place as well. Overall 5 stars because it is a service that is useful to 99% of people.Edit: I just went up there on 10/16/21 and bought a smart watch and I signed up for their rewards program and got lots of points for my next purchase, another awesome thing about Best Buy.

Bryce in computer is amazing ! Went in on Friday he showed me a few options that he thought would work the best for my needs! Came back Saturday to purchase and he walked my husband and I though everything all over again ! He got us bundled with a printer a d saved us $50 ! First thing to note with any large brand is cost. Theyre not pocket friendly. I can get the same quality cords cheaper online.Being fair in all regards, Ive had no issues with them. I just bought a TV from them this month and it works. Well. It was suggested by them and it suits my needs.As a primarily electronic oriented store, they have above expected knowledge. Ive held conversations at length about PCs, TVs, and more. They exceed my expectations.In terms of selection, dont get your hopes up. They have a half-decent selection, but nothing to write home about. Under the circumstances at the time of this review, I can say that Im not bothered. Hopefully, stock will improve as we come to the close of this pandemic.

Very disappointed bought a simple mobile hotspot there and I have bought several from there they are very poor quality and you always have to buy a new one and I bought a new one I was told that the number you call is highlight on the receipt PIN numbers on the receipt and everything else that I need is going to be sent to me on the email never got an email and when I go to the activated it says that theres some kind of pending sale which makes no sense its already bought and paid for it there is no pending sale got a hold of customer service got nothing but run around now I have to wait four hours to get it to work and still no guarantee that its going to work but possibly the barcode was scanned wrong

$30 to recycle old flatscreens?!?!?! And they wonder why people dump them in vacant lots or dumpsters that arent theirs! Duh, doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that one out! Why not do it for free and have your geek squad rejuvenate them and donate them to charities? Who ever did the last remodel of the store eliminated a lot of things I use. Not a very good way to keep this customer!

Best Buy isnt a local option for me so it is usually something special when I do go. And special is how the Best Buy staff makes me feel. That is as important as having the items Im after.Yesterdays visit was for a dji Mavic drone. From my own research I already knew a lot about the drone and as I visited with the guy there I could tell that he had real in depth knowledge about drones in general and was able to answer the couple questions that I had. My point is, he knew the product and knew it well.The store is spotless, as youd expect a tech store to be, with practical covid restrictions in place. Distancing, mask and available hand sanitizer. Handicap access inside and out with plenty of free parking.

I dreaded returning this fireTV due to bad experiences in the past, when I was demeaned for choosing to return items.This was an entirely different experience. I was asked what was wrong with the TV. I replied that it was fine, but by design, it was too hard for my 86 year old father to use (and too many Amazon ads, but I didnt mention that part).The person I spoke with asked for my Amazon order number (I had purchased the Best Buy item during Amazons huge sales day.) I looked it up on my Amazon app. Gave her the order number. She then unpacked the TV and plugged it in, used the remote and determined it was in good condition. Gave me a receipt, and I was done!I will start buying things from Best Buy due to this experience. Ive avoided them for several years due to those previous bad experiences. But this was super easy. Great job!

Well I stood in the store for an hour not one person asked to help me find anything I finally got tired of trying to pick something out on my own asked a worker passing by if he could help he couldnt but did send someone over so in the end I did finally find the gift I was looking for. But they had just opened so I mean I didnt think I would have to wait an hour for someone to help me and there was several people had been helping other guests right around me granted they were purchasing a lot higher stuff then I was but still.

Best Buy stole $559 from me. First $484.61 for a laptop I never got and they told me too bad. Then a couple days later for $74.99 and they wont even tell me why I was charged $74.99 and again, theyre telling me to get bent.Im suing. Dont buy from them, especially online. If you look up best buy robbed me online youll see. They steal from their customers. And now theyve lost my entire familys business and were 127 people strong. See you in court. I have proof, loads of it.

The convenience of online curbside ordering makes things easy and safe. Today I had to exchange my Echo since there was a slight technical issue. I worked with Jayce who was extremely helpful in my situation and was able to utilize the Return Policy to exchange that one for hopefully one that isnt experiencing same issues. Cross my fingers this one is good.. Dont know why I got that one but things should improve. I am a loyal customer so that never will change..

For some reason I have a hard time finding what I need in the Joplin store. No one was available to help and when I did finally get what I needed it was priced wrong. They wouldn’t honor the price so I had to get something else.Not sure where the disconnect is with this store compared to other Best Buys, but I only go here when I absolutely need something that no one else carries.I would much rather drive to Springfield than go here.The only good thing on this trip was the front cashier was very friendly and apologetic during the fiasco.

I have been calling for two days straight and have been placed on hold for extended periods of time. Ten minutes or more each time Ive called and then just disconnected. Sent a couple of emails and still cant get anyone to acknowledge a customer. Im a business owner and needed new tvs for the dining room and needed to check product availability for new phones as well. Guess Ill do my shopping elsewhere. Youd think with all thats going on that Best Buy would want to take advantage of every opportunity . Guess not

Sales person was very helpful! We made a expensive purchase and he wasnt pushy at all. He even showed us similar items for alot lower then we expected to spend. So he wasnt just trying to get a sale off of us, he really wanted us happy with our purchase, although we went with the more expensive item he never once pushed it on us.
