Employees were rude and didnt seem to know what they were doing. they told me the computer couldnt be fixed. i tried talking to the owner or manager but he was just a fat rude little man who didnt seem to want to help. took it to best buy and they told me it was such an easy fix theyd do it for free. was in best buy for 10 minutes and left with a fixed computer for free. guess the guys at best buy are way experienced and decent than these clowns.

I been shopping and using these Guys for Years now they built my computer i have now and 15 years now it hasnt gave me on bit of trouble ...Not one time !I use to buy Dell, Compaq name brand Computers wouldnt last 3 years at best...Then I stumbled upon this Company these Guys Had a Computer just built from scratch man you talk about amazing it was and still is today !Having a Desktop computer hand built personally its the way to go !I will never buy a Name brand ever again!!

Fake reviews from paid employees is an awful sign, are any positive reviews actual customers? Bad attitudes from the top work their way down to the bottom. Passionless employees dont care about their work. From the responses from the owner, management seems content with responding to negative feedback with the same level of respect and intelligence as a kid trolling people online. Needs more professionalism. Id go elsewhere as there are better options in Jonesboro.

Dishonest reviews and dishonest employees, do you trust them with your expensive electronics? Only people coming back time and time again are employees like Logan who get paid to. They ripped off my sons girlfriend and the owner was hateful to her when confronted. PC Doc fixed her laptop for half the price in less than half the time it took M3 to charge her to sit her laptop on the shelf for 2 days. Reported for false reviews/conflict of interest. Having employees pretend to be happy customers just shows how few happy customers you have.

Horrible! I went to their store to ask a few questions about upgrading my home’s network with the intent on buying equipment. Their network guys were “too busy” to answer a few questions.Five minutes worth their time for an easy buck. SMH.

Very knowledgeable, smart guys. Only thing is they didnt have what I needed. They did tell me exactly what I needed from a different store. 100% would go there again.

Millenium 3 customer service is very knowledgeable, polite and positive. I have had great results with everything I have requested their assistance with concerning my computer needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I plan on using them as needed in the future.

Took my pc for their free evaulation and they just said they needed me to pay money to figure out what was wrong. the workers seemed to be high/intoxicated, they couldnt remember things i just told them and were slurring their words. i know college kids and dope fiends work cheap but if youre handling expensive items you should drug test and not hire burnouts with no experience. should have listened to the reviews, will go to pcdoc next since they have more reviews and better ratings. 21 years of experience and you need fake reviews to still be one of the worst pc repair shops in town. grats

Made my laptop worse taking it here. didnt know how fix it and cracked the case by the screen, then couldnt even admit their mistake. why they opened the screen when it was an issue with the hard drive I have no idea. guess they didnt know that stuff is on the bottom? go somewhere professional, a computer is too expensive/important to leave in the hands of these amateurs.

The guys were very helpful and prices were reasonable. Ill be using them again.
