Associate was able to tell me on the phone that they had the cartridge I needed along with the price. They offer re-manned cartridges for less than half the price of a new one. Bring in your old one for a 5% discount and recycle at the same time!

Excellent customer service! We recently contacted K13 for our computer & in-house networking needs at our busy office, and they have gone above and beyond.They brought in & installed a new, faster server for our network. I was prepared for the worst... for our operating software to be off line for hours. Nope! They had everything back up within around 30 minutes. All of our work stations received a memory upgrade & windows upgrade.I cant tell you what a relief they have brought to us, all work stations work efficiently & MUCH faster. Amazing prices super friendly. As a small business owner Ive used my Epson workforce for year but to be honest the single catridges are expensive.
