Did not really have much items for big women. Im tall and plus size. I wear at least a 4xl and I also, wear a size 12 wide with in shoes. But this place has little people clothes primarily and nothing much for super big or big people. Try torrid.com

Mrs. Imogene was so helpful and very kind. Se helped me find a suite for my son, on sale, which he rocks! We did have to look for help, she found us and jumped in searching to help out. Her department is so neat and always straightened and clean. Mrs Imogene you are a wonderful person, we need more souls such as yours in this world!!!! We were blessed we had you that day! There were 2 employees i spoke to and they were so sweet and helpful. I love how the store is so clean and well organized. I am a clearance person so of course I found several clearance items for my children for school. And then all of a sudden I got approved for a credit card there. I was so happy and scared at the same time. Credit cards scare me. But the employee that helped me gave me reassurance and told me what I needed to do. Thank you so much for the help JC Penny employees.

It was so hot in this store. Sweat was rolling off our faces. I couldnt breathe, especially since I still wear a mask. The selection in the misses size in dress pants, was horrible.I have always loved shopping in this store. Today it was too hot to enjoy.

It was extremely HOT in the store, while i was shopping i witnessed a manager yell at one of the associates while they were checking me out, highly unprofessional considering how busy they were. couldn’t get much when it came to asking about the clothes, very unprofessional environment

I am a big fan of J C Penny. I buy almost all my clothes here. I also love their jewelry selection. Quality and price are excellent. However, I am very very disappointed they decided to drop MyPillow. Lost a lot of respect because of this.

Mangers rude to associates and the air off

I just came from penneys in Jonesboro. First time in since their reopening. Bought my grandkids each a pair of jeans and shirts. Had trouble pulling up the coupon on my phone and the young lady that waited on me was incredibly rude at checkout first time thats ever happened there. And I needed to use that coupon it saved me 15 dollars I work hard in a nursing home so thats a big deal to me

Like to find bargains here. Bought a blouse for 11 dollars, original price was 44! Always wait on the good deals. Customer service is good. Cashier changes the color of his beard to support good causes. Next month he goes pink!

I am so glad to see Jcpenney back opened after the tornado had damaged it.

We were trying to find a certain size sweater for a Christmas gift and asked an employee that was near the womens sweaters if they had any sweaters in kids sizes.She just said I dont know if we do or not.All other employees who walked past us (probably at least 4-6 people) turned their heads away to prevent us from asking for help.We ended up finding something that will work OK, but it took us much longer than it should have.Other than the person at the register, only the lady who did not know if they had sweaters was actually working. All of the others were just walking around talking to each other on their headsets.So the selection of kids sweaters was poor. The employees were terrible. And the sweater didnt ring up at the price that was marked on the table that they were piled randomly on. By that time, I just wanted to get the heck OUT of the store so I just paid for it and left.Good luck if you go to JC Penney during the holidays. You are on your own and prices are random and incorrectly marked on the signage.

I purchased a pair of house shoes, a very nice zip-up vest, a pair cargo shorts and two shirts. All of it cost $40. 00 & some change. Penneys has, coupons and sells going on all the time. So paying full price is something I never do. Getting quality products @ a portion of the list price Is always nice to do. But only If youre buying something you need. Hope this can help.

I typically purchase items I look for when shopping here. Black Friday.... Cyber Monday will have better luck I think this year.But, still enjoyable watching others stress and purchase hurriedly... for the deal sales.

Its a pretty good Penneys. They had a lot of good sale and clearance stuff. It was fairly disorganized but the workers seemed to be working really hard, so I dont think its their fault. I found some jeans and shirts but couldnt find any shoes Id even consider buying.

The service was awesome. Boys section was a little hard to find lol but the sale was the bomb and all employees were nice and did not make you feel rushed when asking them questions. I love shopping at this location!!!!!

After looking at several local stores found a decent pair of closed toe shoes. My main issue and reason why I do not like this store is that I feel claustrophobic and confused with the floor placement. I do not like that the entry and exits appear blocked. If there was an emergency such as a fire or God forbid an active shooter situation I would have great difficulty in finding my way out.

I went to return Christmas Items, and the exchange went smoothly. However, the wait in line was very long. I noticed that they have been removing registers throughout the store, so now you only have the registers up front, and the one customer service station in the back. In the past you could check out at the shoes, or by the towels, but those are no longer options. As a result, the lines tend to be longer.

They have some awesome sales and deals. You just have to know the rules on what applies to a certain. Coupon or sale.

Found everything we were looking for, dressing rooms clean and Jose was so nice to allow my mother to sit down while he checked us out.

I love this store. They have a great selection and quality stuff here. There is always a good sale going on. I go here every time I go to the mall.

My daughter and I were looking for dresses for a dance. The dresses were 40% off at the time. So that was a great value. The dressing rooms were a little messy but it didnt affect my shopping experience.

Had to return an item I purchased online, smooth transaction with no problems. I enjoy the quality of the merchandise from JC Penneys and have never had a problem they didnt happily take care of.

I always visit the JC Penny for both the Hair salon and the Sephora. Occasionally Ill see some clothes that catch my eye. Theyre always at a good quality for a reasonable price. The staff are super nice.

I always enjoy shopping here, they have great deals on clothing. I had a great experience with a cashier, she helped me save 25% off my purchase. I would give it 5 stars but the lighting they have is horrible, not in a sense that there isnt enough but they are extremely hot to shop under. The lights out off a ton of heat.

Saved slot of money on some clearance items.

So-so experience :/... I paid less for two shirts than I thought I was going to pay, but didnt really get one free.They were marked $50 (buy one get one free) at the table, 40$ on the tag, and they rang up 14.99 each. So in the end i bought two $15 shirts; i just wish they had marked them as such to begin with.Just a bunch of smoke and misdirection to get you to buy two shirts. Of course, I did fall for it :/

When I bought a suit for my Dad ( for his granddaughters wedding), he had recently had a stroke and lost weight. I had no idea how to fit him and he was wheelchair bound, so bringing him to the store really wasnt a viable option. A gentleman in menswear asked me several questions, and said if I could get measurements of my Dads waist and chest, he could fit him (I already knew the pant length). He was a man of his word! The suit, shirt and tie fit fabulously and looked wonderful. He sent me home with two beautiful options and said whichever one didnt work, to bring back. No fuss, no muss!

Friendly service helpful staff

Ordered a ring on Black Friday and was called by a store in another state saying it had came in for pickup. Already frustrated, I went to this location to have them get it sent so I could pick it up. It has been over a week and nearly Christmas and nothing has been settled. I have called the stores number multiple times and tried to be transferred to the jewelry department and they never pick up. Eventually after being transferred a couple more times I was on hold so long the line disconnected. The level of customer service is appalling and I can not believe the ring we ordered has had so much trouble in making it to the store. I have worked in upper retail management for 11 years and would like to only suggest that this problem gets fixed quickly before more and more people begin to complain about the service.
