The absolute WORST service EVER from their service department!! They have had my Jeep off and on for 2 months and STILL have it and can’t figure out what is wrong with it! I had to physically go in there and show one of their mechanics where oil is leaking from under my vehicle because after the 2nd time they “fixed it” they basically called me a liar and claimed “we don’t see any leaks” - I could video oil dripping out!! That’s how obvious it is leaking oil! My 13 year old could have found the leak!! They NEVER return my phone calls or update me on what’s going on. I have to either physically go up there or refuse to leave a message. IF or WHEN my vehicle ever gets fixed I will never use this place again!!
I have been trying to get my car fixed for going on 6 weeks now. Parts have been supposedly on order for going on 3 weeks now. Every time I call to check the status I am told they will check into it and get back with me just for them to not get back with me and when I called yet again for the 4th time this week a Penny or Peggy got on the phone just to give me the same statement and when I said as much about being told that repeatedly with no results she forgot to hang up before telling employees around her that she was so done dealing with people. Honestly my service started out great with you guys but now I would literally rather take my car to anyone else but am sadly stuck with them because my car warranty. Needless to say anything my warranty doesnt cover will be done elsewhere.
The service department has provided the worst customer service experience I have receivedwith any of the 5 vehicles I have owned across 3 different brands.Please dont waste your time in making an appointmentbecause it means absolutely nothing and youll bewaiting for even longer than a walk-in customer. Noshuttles are available and the rental cars seems tonever be available. So again, please do not waste youme on the service department.

After a long relationship with Fletcher Dodge, I am cutting my ties completely. The sale representatives are great, the service department is the issue. This past time was the last straw.The service agent assigned to me would never return my calls she was rude and could really benefit from customer service training. Her attitude was VERY unprofessional.I deserve to be treated in a respectful manner.No I dont want to speak with the so called GM because Ive call him a few times as well and hes never in his office.Wish there was a no star option.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. I should have stuck with buying my new cars from Chevy dealerships, because they know how to take care of their customers. This place treats you like its a privilege to buy a vehicle from them.
Very poor customer service after a sale. Purchased a new Dodge ram. Part of the sale was to include steps added to the truck and I was going to pay for a few additional upgrades. Was told I would be called on Monday to schedule an appointment, Monday came and went and Friday I went up there because I couldnt get the salesman to return my call. After speaking with them they said they would be sure to call me the following Monday with an appointment date... Monday came and went no call. I then called the Manager he gave me an appointment time... I showed up a few days later at the appointment time and they didnt have me on the schedule. They took my truck and said it would be done by end of day... they had to keep my truck for 5 days because they couldnt figure something out on the 5 day I said just give it back... they said they would order a part and would give me a call on Monday to schedule another appointment to finish the installation... guess what, 2 weeks later and still no call. Moral of the story, they dont offer prices any better than other dealerships and others have much better customer service.... go somewhere else.Update: over a month and still no call.
They have had my jeep since the beginning of May due to waiting on parts. They got the part Friday said it would be fixed Tuesday. Its now Thursday and I finally got through to someone who was supposed to call me right back. Its now an hour later and no one has called me. I tried to call again and got transferred then hung up on. Every time I call I have to listen to that annoying message about how they treat people like family. With family like that who needs friends??
I would never ever take my vehicles to them for service unless it’s warranty work. And then if you have an extended warranty they screw that company tooHere is an example of what I witnessedTook our vehicle in for EXTENDED warranty work. Four hours later they claimed the labor wasn’t covered and wanted to charge us three hours for labor.when they finally figured out it WAS covered they told the extended warranty company it was FOUR hours !!The other elderly lady had been there five hours to get a headlight changed in her Dodge Challenger, they charged her $118 for a headlight!!!Last week we took our Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation, it was two and a half hours and $138 !!!!They obviously have some kind of issues with ripping people offNever, ever again will you waste my time or money

I bought my 2020 ram 1500 from them in January. It has 3,800 miles on it. It has a vibration and theyve looked at it twice and not fixed it yet. Took it to gateway and they proved on paper that it is the tires that are junk. Brand new tires! But they wont honor the warranty. Will never do business with Fletcher Dodge again!

Never ever taking my car here again. They have had my car for going on 2 weeks now call to check in on it everyday same thing is said my car was supposed to be finished today and when I called it was not they said they haven’t had time to get to it because of trunk or treat when my car was supposed to be done days ago.
I purchased a brand new Chrysler 300 in 2019. The purchasing process was one of the best Ive ever experienced. However, I also have my vehicle serviced with Fletcher in Jonesboro and every experience has been everything but pleasant. Every service they are to have changed my oil and rotated my tires. Mind you I get my car serviced very regular as its supposed to and this last visit was by far the worst. I made an appointment a week in advanced and it took 3 hours for a simple oil change. I inquired as to why it was taking so long then they stated they could not find my lug nut tool to take off my lug nuts so needless to say my tires had not ever been rotated. Come to find out the inspection when the car is received on the car lot was not done and my car never had the tool to take off the locking lug nuts. So I had to make another appointment for them to remove the locking lug nut and put different ones on so that the tires could be rotated in the future. Then another issue arise, the radio freezes and then completely shuts off all on its own and when doing this you can not control volume controls or even your temp controls because everything is done on the touch screen. I took the car in to get this checked out the 2nd week of December 2020 and was told that the radio in that model car was bad and known to be notorious for this issue but they had me one ordered and would get it replaced since the car is still under full warranty. I called after the Christmas holiday in January just to follow up with it and could never get a call back but was told it was not ordered until December 18, 2020. I finally received and email back on January 11 2021 from the service manager telling that they had it ordered and he would call once it was in hand. I called again towards the end of January first of February and was told I told I would get a call back never did. Finally I was able to speak with the service manager again after calling for 3 days. I was told that they one they had ordered came in but it was recalled, but they had me another one ordered and it was to be in the next week. Now its a whole month later and I still have not received a phone call about my radio. Ive called for the last 2 days trying to get the status and no one will return my calls not even the general manager. To say Im very displeased with their service department would be an understatement and I will never be back. After calling another Chrysler dealership they stated that they could get my car in and getting the radio in wouldnt be a problem because they get them in almost daily.

Parts Dept. I purchased a new 2020 Ram with the Cummins diesel in November. I told the parts man that. He is charging me $42.00 more than Bayird Dodge Ram who I did not buy my truck through. Needless to say who will get all my business. Fletcher has good sales people but that is all!! Alan P.
Fletcher had my 2010 Jeep Patriot since April 22 they was supposed to put a cv axle on my car they was giving me the run around about getting the axle they finally get the axle and put it on the car got finished they didn’t call me or nothing and tell me that my car was finished I call up there then they tell me that my car is finished after it was so hard to get them on the phone I went up there may 10th 2021 and I paid for my car cause they said it was finished before I pulled off I checked to make sure that they did the job right for 1 on my battery was dead for 2 my check engine light was on which wasn’t when I took it up there for 3 the. Cv axle they supposed to be putting on still wasn’t installed the right way I’m just tired of calling them for them to tell me that they will be calling back and I still never hear from them unless I call

I have purchased three vehicles from Fletcher and I recently purchased my last one. I bought a Dodge Ram from them and less than 48 hours later my front driver side window fell off the track and down into the bottom of my door panel. No big deal, things happen. When I stopped by to see if I could have them fix it (not asking for any discounts on price or anybody to do anything for free) I was told that it would be a week to ten days before they could take a look at it. All the while its below freezing and raining. Ran down the road to there competitor and they fixed it in 15 minutes. I know where I will be buying my next vehicles.

Service department is very unorganized. Was told I’d receive a call once parts arrived in 3-5 days. Called to see if my parts arrived after 2 weeks and they didn’t know what was ordered for my vehicle.. If my vehicle wasn’t under warranty it wouldn’t be going there.

Just finished my oil change here and let me just say they are the worse!!! Literally made me wait for 3 hours to get an OIL CHANGE! If you plan on coming here just be ready to have somebody pick you up or have things plan to do because they have the slowest service in town PEROID!!
They are so rude and I will never take my car back to them. I got a few things done that was minor and they tried to charge me over $800. I called Bayird Dodge and asked for the same things to be done and to give me a price and it was half the cost Around $500. The Parts manager name GEORGE CARTER was so rude and told me not to come back to get my car fixed . That was not good customer service at all. They also charged me for things I didnt ask for. I would never recommend going there again and make sure you are getting your money worth before going to them. And they know who typed this up anyways lol. They was big mad when I got done.
I scheduled an oil change days in advance for 4:00 pm. I stayed and waited an hour only to be told that the technician didnt know about my vehicle was waiting and that he was just starting on it. Five minutes later I was then told they didnt have a filter for my vehicle and that it would be Friday before they would have one so they wouldnt be able to do my oil change today. What was the point of scheduling if you werent going to have the necessities to perform the job. This has been the worst experience Ive had with Fletcher and all I got was a Im sorry, unacceptable.
Don’t answer damn phone and not honest. My trucks under warranty and they’ve had it for months. Terrible communication. Will never buy from them again.

Sales representative was very down to earth and personable (not like the atypical, cheesy car salesman you see on tv or movies). Quickly found us vehicles my and wife were looking for and was extremely flexible and willing to do what it took to get us the price range we wanted for both vehicles.The only reason it’s not a 5 Star rating was I was informed we could come in Monday morning to drop off the checks and pick up our cars (and mine would be detailed and ready); the reps seemed caught off guard, but still did their best to quickly accommodate the promises that were made.All around, I would still recommend Dodge Fletcher to anyone looking for used vehicles.
Service department lied to us and tried to bill for work they hadn’t done, kept the truck an extra day and when my husband picked it up it still wasn’t complete.UPDATE: Ended up taking his truck to Bayird in Paragould. The brakes that Frank Fletcher said needed to be replaced, actually didn’t need replacing at all. The check engine light issue that Frank Fletcher was going to charge $100 to fix, Bayird fixed for FREE because it was actually covered under our warranty. Frank Fletcher is unreliable and dishonest, and the general manager doesn’t care about his customers enough to return a phone call. Go somewhere else!!

Absolutely horrible experience with the mechanic service, I will never EVER be back, I will never again recommend them for any service whatsoever. They may have fixed what I sent my vehicle in for BUT I left with a whole other issue, an issue that was caused by THEM while repairing my vehicle. How do I know that? Well, I have NEVER noticed my vehicle EVER leaking, not even a drop. That’s something one would be able to see happening to their vehicle. Sent it in for repair & now all of a sudden it’s leaking like crazy. When they initially looked at my vehicle, told me what was going on, quoted a price, ordered the part & set up repair; they never once said anything about ANY leaks/cracks. Then I get a message that while they were repairing they “noticed a hose leaking”, quoted it as a $600+ repair. (Which I told them I would look into getting fixed elsewhere) so I get up there to pick up my vehicle and there is a huge puddle under my car, open the hood and sure enough there is a leak coming from a hose that is visible immediately, how did they miss that when they initially looked at my car? Seems odd they would have missed it given that you can see the leak & exactly where it’s coming from as soon as you open the hood; also seems odd my car has never leaked before they put their hands on it. Tried to speak with the “manager” but he was worthless. Just a truly horrible experience during an extremely stressful situation, which they made worse by being careless and rude.
Service department takes at least 2 trips in the shop to fix problems, and then work quality is poor you have to go back behind them to make sure problem is fixed. And when you call with complaint they will say that your expectations are too high and that no one can please you. All I can say is just please go anywhere else but here.

A couple years ago Robert(Skippy) Walters sold me a truck when he was at another dealership, well due to circumstances I needed something with good gas mileage and went to Fletcher last week and looked at a vehicle in my price range well he knew I really did not like it or want it in particular so I told him I wanted a brand new Challenger, I am a rough customer, I know what I want and how much I can afford. Last time he delivered it to my door after a month of haggling and finding the right one. This was a week and today I took home a brand new Challenger. Robert worked with finance and management and I know (I looked at 5 other dealerships) I could not have gotten a better deal. Give him a chance, he was not only my salesman after the first one he is my friend. Thank you Skippy.
As far as car dealerships go, I can recommend this one. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles here. That being said, its a car dealership, and what you might expect. I think their prices are very good on used vehicles. They work hard to get you good financing. Service is not super speedy, but they do pretty good.

They did not apply my $25.00 coupon saving on my oil change and tire rotation. I called and ask about it and was told they couldn’t apply it after it had been picked up. It was sent to the first person who made my appointment but was lost. Had to make a second appointment and the coupon was not applied. The coupon came to my email in the same name as the service was scheduled.Looks like it would be simple to take care of the customer!

I can make an oil change appointment and it still take them 3 hours to get my car done. They refuse to ever wear masks or inforce them on people coming in when were one of the highest infections counties. I wish I wouldnt have bought my car from them
Jacob Hicks was very patient with me. At first I really didn’t think we were going to make it anywhere but he proved me wrong and by 10:30 I was leaving in a vehicle that made me happy. They gave my daughter more for her vehicle than we had hoped to get and sold her a car at a good price too. Didnt jack the price for taking the trade in as some do. We got good prices. Be prepared to stay a while for the financing and paperwork, but have to remember they are dealing with more customers than just you.
I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Frank Fletcher Dodge. Mike Stevenson and the team went out of their way to help locate the vehicle I are looking for and to keep it within my budget. They were also willing to stay late, which allowed me to be able to come by after work hours. The service dept is courteous and was respectful of my time. They set up an appointment and an estimated pick up time, which made it convenient for me during a work day. Check them out on your next auto purchase-highly recommended!
It was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. Be sure to ask for Joseph Chappell. He was very considerate and helpful. He never seemed pressuring or overbearing as a salesman sometimes is. The finance team was terrific too. I couldnt believe they made it so easy. Terrible experience. We bought a certified 2018 jeep, since we bought it two weeks ago it has been in the shop twice! Attempting to get service department to return calls is near impossible and then they text you instead of calling, unprofessional. Now attempting to get in touch with a manager and it is not looking promising either! I want the issues resolved!
The salesmen was very nice and not pushy at all. He did whatever he could to get us the deal we needed. Then told us we had our deal set and we had moved everything over to the new vehicle car seats and all. Then someone else came back and told us that it didnt work out right! So we thought we were going to have to move everything back to the old vehicle! I was very upset after being there for hours and signing something saying ok to that deal! They finally worked it out and we are decently ok with it. Still a little upset over the confusion of it all. It could have went smoother. Just make sure not to tell someone hey you got this car for this price then come back and tell them sorry its going to be the price you didnt agree to the first time! You could avoid making people upset! Most people would have probably left after that! I will say they gave me a good price for my old vehicle and I appreciate that. Just think they needed to be a little more organized or something.
Had a bad experience with a salesman several years ago and said Id never come to Fletcher again. Drove threw the other day just looking, not planning on dealing with anyone. Kyle came up to me while I was looking at a car that caught my eye and he was very sweet and professional. He was a good listener of everything I had to say and well, sold me a car .Hes a keeper and in my book, an awesome salesperson.
