Friendly people who dont drive you you crazy (pun intended) with unnecessary phone calls and texts. They simply let you take your time to make a decision and never make you feel rushed.

This place is my favorite bought 2 cars from them previously always a pleasure to go car shopping at auto max.

Victoria was very patient working with me. This was my first car buying experience, so I was nervous, but she put me at ease. I think the whole process took about 3 days because of out-of-state documents, but we made it through and I was able to purchase a very safe and reliable car!

If I could give this company no stars i would...this company will trick you in with a low down payment for cars thats already jacked up. Then they will harass you for no reason..i sent my vehicle back bc I had oil leaks from the motor that never got fixed. They sold the car three days later to a auction and now saying I owe them 12,000 in which they put on my credit. I hate I waisted time and money dealing with this low down company! They will go out of business one day tho. I just hope those account workers they have be prepared for karma...you do the dirty work for the company and you suffer the consequence of karma for them as well... All for a measly buck!!

Horrible place to get a Vehicle. This place was one of our only options to purchase a vehicle at the time and they took full advantage of it. We decided that since this was the only place we could go at the time that we would make the buy. We were going to end up paying over 14,000 dollars for a Pontiac G6. Before signing all the paperwork we had asked what they would cover if something were to happen and the promise was that they would cover just about everything if something were to happen within the first 90 days. It was only about a month after we brought it home things started to happen. I made the phone call to ask them what to do and they ordered us to bring it to their mechanic to see what was wrong. I brought it there the following day only to sit and wait for several hours before someone came out and gave us a list of 7 different things that was wrong with it. They then said they were about to make a phone call to auto max and let them know what was found. It was at that time they all decided it was time to take a lunch break, which was fine everyone deserves a lunch break but after they came back it was still another hour or so we had to wait until they finally made contact with auto max. The mechanic came to me and said they wont cover any of this so would you like to pay for it, we can do the work right now. I chose not to because we have a family mechanic that would do it much cheaper. Several hundred dollars later I figured it was just to much and called auto max and let them know that after they refused to pay for anything I couldnt afford to keep working on it and make my payment. The man that I talked to immediately got very rude. He switch to a rude voice and said and I quote, Well youre gunna have ta, we have in house lawyers and we will sue you. That was fine, I was honest about not being able to pay both the car and the problems it had and they lied right to my face about the other. I know they will find a way to delete this and obviously wont post this one on their success bored on their website but thats okay. Just notice that they dont put prices with the vehicles on the website, they must know it would scare people away before they get a chance to try to screw them out of money.

Visited with a friend. She was waited on promptly and her needs were fulfilled. She purchased a vehicle the next day.

My brother, Charles Roberts, just bought a Red Chevy Suburban, 02. he needed the sun roof fixed, and Automax sent it to their mechanic. When it came back, the car had several fresh scratches, down to the fresh, unrusted metal beneath the paint, and the mirror was broken and several dents were seen that were not there before, and big deep ones by the door handle. when we took it back to automax they said their was nothing they could do, we complained and they tried to say the dents and obvious new scratches were already there on it. they refused to deal with us any further. this is a true and honest review.

Ive had my car in the shop 9 times since October! 4 times just this week. People are being nice and trying to help but they just dont understand the importance of this. I know the car isnt fixed! Tell me what car that is fixed when it sound like it is going to die and it keeps revving on its own while idling dont forget the power steering is whining every time you turn the wheel even though they fixed it 2 months ago. I asked them yesterday to transfer payments to something else when my car broke down and I told them I dont feel comfortable driving it anymore they took it in and fixed it andtold me since my car is running they cannot do it. Keep in mind they dont even have a title to my car!! Its in suspense and its been that way since we got it over 4 months ago!!!!

We purchased a Chevy trailblazer from autoMax September 16 so weve almost has it a year. In this whole year the longest we have been able to drive it has been about a month and a half. We have spenclose to $3,000 if not more on repairs and I called the sales manager about it and he said its hard to believe that!!!! How can you be so rude to a paying customer!! I have every receipt from when we started getting it fixed he will be getting an email but lets just say everyone I know will never purchase a vehicle from automax EVER!!!! THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!!

I love the fact that they work with you the best way they can to get you into a reliable up to date vehicle. Everyone i meet was realy nice!! Workers are very friendly too!!!
