All I needed was a little help. Instead they (three workers) just watched from the curb. Horrible service. It took for a man to talk to them for them to do what I needed. Would not recommend. I wouldn’t give any stars if I would allow it.

Got a good price on a pretty good battery for my truck. Get there to pick it up and they don’t offer to install it (not a super big deal) and then will not give me the charge back for the old core. They admit they made a mistake because they didn’t know what they were doing, but don’t offer to figure out a way to refund me. Just kind of say “oh well.” The customer service was terrible and very much lacking in any knowledge to help you with your vehicle. If you know what you need and can get in and out, maybe give it a shot. If you need help with something, please go somewhere else where someone might actually be able to help you with your car. Truly pathetic.

Went to take in a old battery in exchange for a gift card. The sales person was very helpful, and friendly. I also was able to find a size 10 wiper blade which I have only been able to order from the dealership before.

I use this store for a lot of my automotive needs. Sometimes youve got to know exactly what youre looking for or theyll try and sell you the wrong thing. I will give them the fact that it was for a truck 20 years old and that had multiple types of fuel pumps used.
