I purchased a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan. Very satisfied with my experience. This car is immaculate to be a 6 year old car. The purchase experience was great. Shelby was straight up and helpful in this purchase. The day after the purchase I went to an event where several asked me where I got the car. Most all were familiar with Elite Autos and Shelby Smith. They all responded with comments similar to Ive purchased several cars from him, he only sells quality used exotics and will tell you straight. I am very pleased with the purchase, Elite Autos and Shelby Smith.

Horrendous attitudes and some of the worst customer service. — I inquired about a car and asked for carfax, financing options, and stated it was a bit overpriced. “Shelby Smith” (CEO/Owner) responded arrogantly that the “price is firm,” and remarked that he didn’t want to waste his time. He’d only answer the other basic questions if I agreed to his high price.— I followed up asking for the other answers and let him know that would determine if I am even interested, and he responded arrogantly against with, “ It’s safe to say we won’t be able to work this deal out. I was referred to Shelby Smith by a friend who’s done business with him for years. I was initially skeptical thinking how different could he possibly be and what more could he possibly do that I could not negotiate myself. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised. His knowledge of cars and his opinions on what to shy away from was incredibly impressive knowing first hand what moves in the secondary market and what sits. Even more beneficial was his ability to leverage his dealer contacts all over the country to find me exactly what I wanted and negotiate the price as a dealer. There are so many variables including rip off sellers, fake cars, abused cars, faulty cars, over priced cars, etc. Many horror stories exist about someone buying their dream care of a lifetime and getting stuck with nothing but problems.I have owned numerous exotic cars and had some good experiences along with some nightmares. I wanted to purchase a specific exotic vehicle and discussed this with several respected car owners I knew around the country. One name kept popping up and that was Shelby Smith with Elite Autos LLC in Jonesboro, Arkansas. People that could afford to buy any car from anyone swore by Shelby.I called him and explained what I was looking for and my price range. He treated me like we were best friends from the get go. He gave me a ton of advice about what to buy and what to avoid and vowed to find me the perfect car for my price. Turns out that it was just a slightly dry belt, that started making noise where I live, because I live in a very, very dry climate compared to Arkansas. I have always felt and still do that my most valuable relationships (friendships) are those which have overcome some adversity at one point or another, and Shelby and I have done so. I dont recommend people or businesses very easily or often, but I have recommended a number of my friends to Shelby and his team, and they have bought cars at various price points, and they always call me after the transaction is complete to tell me what a solid and transparent businessman Shelby is and to thank me for introducing them to Elite Autos, LLC.
