This gun store is phenomenal! I’ve been looking for a Beretta 1301 Tactical for the longest time now. I used Beretta’s site to call all over the state for certified Beretta dealers and this gun shop was the only one to actually have the 1301 in stock. All the other shops couldn’t give me a timeline on when they’d have the 1301 in stock. It was well worth the almost 2hr drive up there from my current location in Arkansas. The shop had the biggest selection of firearms I’ve ever seen! I’d really like to recognize the staff. The individuals I interacted with were extremely professional and a joy to speak with. I definitely plan on purchasing more firearms from DNW Outdoors. Thank y’all for an awesome experience! 5/5

I had been looking around for a specific archery sight, out of stock at almost everywhere. DNW just happened to have it. I ordered it in the evening, they shipped it the next morning, and it arrived without incident; and was exactly what I was looking for.The guys at DNW are great and ordering online from them was a breeze!!

DNW Outdoors let me just tell yah. This sign right here is complete BS. Today they refused to price match Academy because they said they’d be taking a loss. Although I understand the business perspective in that decision, their sign says otherwise. DNW does not price match and they definitely do not offer a lowest price guarantee!!!! To top that off one jack wagon got mad because I continued to call them out on why they should remove all of their signs suggesting they do price match. If you can’t compete with the major companies don’t pretend to be able to.Can’t wait to talk to the manager on Monday. Then again if he’s anything like the people I talked to today I doubt he’ll care.

Best place in Northeast Arkansas to get your outdoor products without having to order them! Extremely knowledgeable staff and very helpful and courteous! I was specifically impressed with the bow staff and area of the store! They had everything I needed and more. I ended up spending almost $200 but I got what I wanted. I highly recommend this store for anyone that loves the outdoors. Just make sure you bring your wallet LOL!

I am a Drake Waterfowl Only type of person if anyone knows you would think I work for them or that I am pro-staff, I have had many of people ask but they had a great selection of items for waterfowl hunting, fishing and deer hunting etc. They also sale weapons and ammo. Boyfriend was very happy with his new 5th wheel hitch. But didnt like waiting over 5 hrs. I drove down 3 hrs and took him to lunch and after eating it still took over 2 hrs.

Decent prices, 95% of staff at gun counter are rude and arrogant. Jonesboro is limited on this type of store is only reason I go.

This place is more hunting oriented, but there are some fishing supplies here, too. A bit expensive, though, and more name brand focused. Its alright, I would consider this to be the last place to go when in search of anything fishing related.

Excellent product advice, incredible selection of firearms and respectable prices. I came for a Kimber, and Ill probably order it eventually, but they warned me that the manufacturer is so far behind that any orders could take upwards of a year and a half to fulfill.Ill be back soon.

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of no where Arkansas. Large store with zero fluff items on the shelf like at a bass pro. Everything in here serves a purpose and is of top quality. Even got a better deal on a backpack there than I could get online. Gun Smiths on site and extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models. Get your license here and replace your old gear all in one go! I stop here every time I pass through Jonesboro!

I recently bought a smith and Wesson m&p ar 15 with a crimson trace red and green dot! Factory installed site! Got it home and put 31 rounds thru it and the site quit working! Took it back to DNW! Told the counter guy what happened! He looked me in the eyes and said! And I quote what do you want me to do about it unquote! I looked him in the eye and saidfix it! Long story short he took my information down and said they would contact their smith and Wesson rep, and let him know! I call them a week later he says havent heard anything! That was over two weeks ago! Their service after the sale SUCKS! Buyer beware!

So the staff here are amazing! I purchased a used rifle that needed sights. I took the rifle in and they helped me put some upgrades on with no problems.

Employees were not very happy to see customers. I realize it is almost Christmas, but I have worked for the public so I do know how stressful it can be, but the even though its holiday time, you still at least try and take a smile. I saw not one employee smile or even acted like they wanted to help customers. It was hurry up and leave attitudes. Thats pretty bad considering my son in law spends quite a bit of money there.

Had a awesome experience with the fellers behind the gun counter. Went in wanting an ar or 1911, told them my price range and they delivered under budget with no sweat and fuss. On August 05, 2019, I purchased a set of weather tech floor mats. I was provided with two boxes believed to be my floor mats. When the boxes were opened after a 40 mile trip home I found that it was two sets of front floor mats and no rear floor mats. So after making an 80 mile round trip to exchange the extra set of front mats for the rear mats that I needed, I finally obtained the rear set which an employee installed for me and they were filthy. The employee offered no apology for the mistakes and only stated that they were “billed out correctly”. Over all, they showed poor service in my opinion.

This is an awesome, well stocked, hunting and fishing (and all things related to) store. It stays packed in the Fall around Christmas though, so be prepared to wait, or wait a couple weeks after New year to drop in.

Went with my wife and purchased a starter AR for her the other day. The staff were very knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to.

A staff that is knowledgeable and friendly. They know where stock is and someone there is almost always familiar with what you are interested in. Great selection of most any shooting or bow sports needs.

I had a certain outlook on this store and one day I went there and it was all different. It wasnt super friendly at first but after going there a few times and getting to know a couple of bowtechs, these guys are awesome. Will got my bow super tuned for sure. This is a great place and I recommend anyone to go. They can professionally tune your bow and that is impossible to find.

This place has been nothing but a rip off. My boyfriend and I paid to get a new string built and put on our browning mirage bow. We left the bow there for them to work on but now they say they have no record of it and they cant find our bow. We have called and been there 100 times and they refuse to help us. I will never purchase another thing at this store.
