The Best!!! Went over and above the call of duty! Excellent assortment of rentals. AAA++++++++ Service and communication!!

Hours are inaccurate, website isn’t updated with accurate hours, and the website has a phone number with no answering machine or business message stating their hours or any information at all for that matter. Went in to try to rent and saw a sign saying their hours are only 8-11AM. I tried to give this place my business but they’re entirely inaccessible.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They did not have our reservation which they were contractually obligated to have, they swore at my kind old father because he came in minutes before they opened, even though that’s what time our reservation was at. Rude, awful employees and this franchise deserves to be shut down permanently. I would give them 0 stars one hundred times over if I could. Avoid at ALL costs.

What this place lacks in profesional customer service, ethics, appreciation, hospitality and behaved workers, makes it up with disregard for the customer, unattentive personnel along with lack of respect. I wish they would put as much effort in making the customers experience excellent as they do to make you regret you live in the same world as them. And to the older gentleman who helped my father, thank you for your many faces of disgust and your disrespectful manners. It baffles me how this places still stands. F his place in particular.

Great for picking up uhual. Very straight forward and to the point. No hassle and very accommodating. They rent several items amd are very fairly priced. The men working there are friendly and helpful. It seems a bit dated inside but they have been there for years.

Rude, not helpful in any way, shape or form. I highly recommend looking for another place to do business with. I would expect nothing but problems with this dilapidated run down facility. If 0 stars was an option that would be my selection.

Reasonably priced, nice people, rented uhaul trucks multiple times never a problem.

Have rented two 26 foot U Haul trucks from them. Great service and they have what I need when I need it. I highly recommend them!

Very frustrated with service provided and appalled at their customer service.Rented a trailer weeks in advance. Day comes to pick it up, not only didnt they have it but the man working was very rude in his verbal exchanges. Cannot make a stronger suggestion to go elsewhere for any type of rental needs.

These peoeple are ridiculous! I rented a Uhaul truck from them. They said that I did not fill it back up to the same amount of gas and charged an extra $50. When I called to speak to someone the person on the other side of the phone literally argued with me and everytime I spoke he just kept saying over and over no you didnt, no you didnt.This is a great way to keep people coming back to your business! I wouldnt rent anything from this place, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how terrible their customer service is!

I like Pines. They have good rentals and good prices on scaffolding rentals.

With a lack of business ethic and consideration for customers, this establishment should be avoided. They do not follow work hours listed or answer calls.

I picked up a U-Haul trailer here. The tail light didnt work, and they had trouble even figuring out how to rent it out. I think the cashier was high. Im not sure if its U-hauls fault or Pine Rentals, but I wouldnt use either again.

Staff was not friendly and appeared to be completely disinterested in customer service. Limited hours and supply. Note: Sometimes a smile can work wonders
