The staff was friendly and ready to help. Very clean store and well stocked.

I only have 2 issues... it always takes so long to check out and my other is the coupon situation. if you have more than 1 50% off coupon you are able to use as many as you can per reg. priced item. some tellers will let you... some wont. its frustrating. plus they send these coupons that you can never use cause almost everything is on sale. if the register accepts the coupons..u you should be able to use as many as you can.

Good place to go to get some of your fabrics they got a lot of selection and fabrics and a lot of crafts there and the people there are friendly and helpful

Stopped in quick just to grab fabric and the sales are awesome as usual!! Ended up getting an extra discount bringing me down to only $3.00 a yard on a few different fabrics!!! Ecstatic doesnt cover it!! This store and employees rock!

Great sales on a regular basis. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. However in the Johnstown, PA store be prepared to spend a great deal of time in line for cutting and checking out. This is a common problem in this store since its opening.

Usually very happy but not today. Made a purchase...the clerk in front was very nice. I inquired about possibly getting a lower price on a clearance item that appears to be the last in the store and had been so for over a month..it is the display and is certainly not in tip top condition. The clerk used his walkie talkie to contact the manager who couldnt even trouble herself to walk to the front of the store to speak to me personally..shevjust told him no. This is fine but honestly so unprofessional on her part not to at least speak to a customer face to face. Very dissatisfied.

Wonderful helpful staff. They have done a wonderful job through the pandemic. I have always shopped here for my material and so forth. I am very happy we have the store in our community!

I have gotten a lot of different things at JoAnn fabrics over the years and if there is anything you need to do a craft or sew an outfit, you will find it there. You may pay a little more than somewhere else, but the quality is wonderful.

This place has drastically changed for the better in the last several months. If rumors are true, there is a new manager running the store so everyone and everything has improved! Kudos to you, New Manager! Youve made this store a well run establishment and it is now a very pleasant store in which to shop! Keep up the good work!

Purchased a sewing machine on line. They didnt put my machine back and sold them out before they filled my order. I was there at 10 am and if I knew I could purchase off the shelf I would have but didnt because I thought I had one reserved. Talked to someone who pretty much told me oh well they were busy and people bought them before they got to it.

Friendly associates. However, they should familiarise themselves to some extent with the merchandise in the store. Other than that the store was clean and shelves were well stocked.

Great place for hobbies, arts and crafts, blankets fabrics, etc.. great selection of materials, seasonal and holiday decorations. Crowded yet clean and organized.

Store is organized and current to season. Nice array of stock for sewing/crafting/home decor. Customer service was lacking. CSR in fabric cutting area seemed upset to be asked a question about non-fabric item and did not offer to assist, but pointed in the general vicinity of item I needed. Cashier did not smile or greet, though I was cheerful and tried to engage. I attempt to be the best customer CSRs will have all day, but expect good attitudes from them. Manager may need to re-train or raise expectations.

Really cool stuff there you can always find something. Nice employees and if you really like material they have a giant selection.

About the only good place in the Johnstown area to get the fabrics you need.

Wow! I just walked out of the messy store I have ever been to!! I thought Joann Fabrics had brand standards but I guess not. I even asked for help and she had no clue what I was asking for after explaining it multiple times/ways... Never again going to that one!!!

Love the store, (Johnstown) but I couldnt get my coupon to load on my phone. The clerk said that they have bad service. He said sorry, I cant do anything. Really? You dont have coupons at the register. I was disappointed.

Great place to shop for your creativity to flourish

Every time we come in here they always have one person checking people out no matter how many people are in line. I came in today and there were at least 15 people in line with one employee checking people out while other employees just wandered the store. I will not be coming in here anymore if this is how they think you run a store.

Very nice had what I needed.

Took forever to get assistance and I had to go through the entire store before I found someone that could help. They only had 2 people working the entire store several other customers had needed assistance and the one had been waiting for quite a while after being told twice that someone would be right with her. Their prices are outrageous and I found what I needed for less than they had wanted at home depot
