I recently had my daughters Nissan Versa at Laurel Nissan. The first service rep did not complete what he told me he had done, regarding the status of the process to have the vehicle fixed. He had quit and a new service writer, Misty contacted me. She was very thorough and apologetic for my experience thus far, and promised to get the car to me as soon as possible. (the vehicle had been at the garage at this point for well over two months) Misty made it happen, and if not for her diligence, and constant communication with me, this could have gone very poorly.Thank you to Misty!
I made an appointment to have 3 recalls done. approximately 2 weeks later on the day of my appointment, I got there and was notified that one of the recalls required parts they didnt have & never bothered to order. the next day I got a follow up call to check if I was happy with the service I received... still no mention of getting the recall taken care of?

I truly loved Tiffani and the sales experience I had at Laurel Nissan. She was so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not make my purchase at the Laurel dealership is that the color combo that I wanted was not available. I did return to Laurel for additional accessory purchases and installation. The service team was excellent and the office staff so very accommodating.The only reservation about my service experience is the free car wash I was offered after the installation of my accessories. The wash was poorly done; I returned home to wash the car myself.

Shopping for a Rogue Sport for a new driver in my family. We were happy that the sales staff at Laurel Nissan heard what we were looking for and went to work to try to find us the vehicle that we wanted. Not a single salesperson tried to talk us into a different vehicle or tell us that it would be hard to find. We had experienced that at other dealerships. Most times when you are looking for a new vehicle or in my case a new family vehicle, the salesperson tries to sell you on a car they want to move or they hound you into buying if you are on the fence. I’ve had those experiences in the past and it’s not an enjoyable experience. At the recommendation of a friend we drove an hour or so away to Laurel Nissan a few years back and we are so happy that we did.At Laurel Nissan we always deal with Katie because she looks out for us. The first time we dealt with her she kept looking for the perfect car for us and our newborn. She made sure my wife was comfortable driving the car and felt safe. This time around was pretty much the same only we had our daughter with us at the dealership... every single person there was so nice and understanding when she was running around and acting like a crazy toddler. Emma the dog finally got her to calm down but I can’t say it enough... everyone else was so nice and understanding... often times when you have a kid yelling and screaming people are quick to judge and make you feel unwelcome... we never felt that here.The next car we purchase or lease will be at Laurel Nissan and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

First of all, our salesperson, Robert, was very accommodating as we arrived without an appointment. Found the car we were looking for without trying to persuade us into anything else. He was very thorough showing us all the features of the Murano and gave us ample time for a test drive.We asked for a little help on the trade in value of our vehicle and he exceeded our request!Delivery was also very thorough with a review of features and his knowledge of the car was excellent.The only bit of a downside was the push by staff to purchase the rustproofing and/or extended warranty services at the very last minute before signing off. I understand how this works for car dealers, but there should be a better way to present these offers earlier and allow more time for research. Maybe the car manufacturer should start to do more to protect the cars future instead of putting the burden on the dealer?!All in all, though, a great car buying experience! Really like Laurel Nissan!

A part had to be ordered to make the repair to my key latch fob, and took 2 weeks to get a repair time. This part is located in the trunk and not protected from accidental breakage from putting items in the trunk. I think you might be able to improve on this and protect it better.

I started coming here last year when my transmission decided it was going to break down (and boy did it break down fast). They were all very helpful in getting it replaced, even called me with periodic updates on what was going on with it. Since then I’ve always gotten my car serviced here, and just had an oil change today. Zach is hilarious and very helpful, it’s hard to find techs and mechanics that listen to a woman. It was done, inspected and washed within an hour and I was out the door! Couldn’t get this experience anywhere else.Of course, Emma is a bonus too! I hope she sticks around.

Had 1PM appointment for oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Arrived 10 minutes early and was told technicians were at lunch and would get my car in as soon as they got back. Saw two come back around 1PM. They didnt get my car into service until about 2:15PM. About 2:45 service desk person told me they were washing vehicle. About 3:15 finally brought my key fob and apologized for delay and said they were short staffed. If they had informed me when I arrived I would have had my wife pick me up instead of waiting. Vehi6is leased and has less than 5000 miles after 16 months. This is second oil change. They should do better keeping customers informed about time it will take to perform service, no way it should take almost 2:30 hours to change oil, rotate tires and wash car. Other than time service was fine. Also told them I hoped they wouldnt ask me to do service review.

On March 3, 2021, I, a retired senior from Indiana, PA, was searching the internet for good used vehicles at dealerships that were well-reviewed. I decided to look in Johnstown as the prices, in general, seemed to be better than local ones. I found a Nissan at Laurel Nissan, which had great Google reviews, that fit what I was looking for and “saved” it on their website. It had the price of $13,950. Then I contacted the dealership and a salesperson responded. I asked if $13,950 was the lowest price for the vehicle and the salesperson responded that they would accept $13,500. On the 4th, I went with my son to see the vehicle and was pleased with its quality and condition. Before signing a contract, I asked if $13,500 was the lowest price they would take, as it was above the Kelley Blue Book’s Dealers Price. The salesperson stated that was as low as they would go and we closed on the deal. Less than 48 hours later, early morning of the 6th, I received an email from Laurel Nissan that my saved vehicle (the exact car I bought) had sold for $10,500 – same VIN and everything. I immediately contacted the salesperson that handled my transaction and she responded that it was a “glitch” in their system, she was not aware that they had lowered the price and that they would look into the matter. It is the 9th of March and I have heard nothing. Time to contact Harrisburg in regard to the extra $3,000 I was charged for this vehicle.

Quick easy painless experience for my wife and I. We knew the vehicle we was interested in and met up with Katie the salesperson and took the car on an unsupervised test drive, agreed on a price then left for about an hour while the car was being detailed and the fluids filled and returned to finish the paperwork and drove it home 1030 that morning. A happy wife is a happy life.
Not a great experience getting my truck serviced. Two main issues arose. One, no respect for my time. I was there for over 4 hours until everything was taken care of. Granted it turned out I needed brakes, then a caliper, but at no point was I offered a loaner vehicle to go elsewhere or take home and have my truck dropped off when finished. There was no consideration for my time, and it wasnt even acknowledged. The exchanges in general were quite perfunctory and only about things wrong with the truck.Two is the fact that I brought my truck in for an oil change and 90,000 mile service and left spending $700+. Yes, brakes go bad and parts need replaced, but there was no attempt to help with cost, no deals or customer loyalty/ appreciation. Full disclosure, they did get a this party caliper and not a factory one, which saved $70. I dont have to bring my truck there. Its not under warranty, but I did it out of loyalty. I see no reason to continue to do that. Why drive 30 extra miles for the same services I can find locally? Especially when theres no incentive to do otherwise.
This was my second vehicle that I purchased from Laurel Nissan. Staff have always been friendly and fast when knowing what you want. I will continue to recommend Laurel Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle and plan to go back again!

Laurel Nissan was wonderful !!!!! They were so friendly and timely.
This is the first time I brought my car in for service that I was very disappointed. First, the girl could not find my name and then asked if this was my first time bringing it in for service. Every other time, I was greeted by name. Second I stated that I needed an oil change but if any regular maintenance needed done to do it. When I picked it up I was told I refused maintenance on it. I only received one call saying the car was ready for pick up. No other calls and nothing was refused. Later I received a call stating the items I supposedly refused were done at 32000 miles so it didnt need to be done until 52000 miles. Lastly, no matter when I brought my care in for service it was washed. Not this time. Very dissappointing.
Went in for repairs to steering rack on a Wednesday. The part needed didn’t get delivered by Friday as planned, so they gave me a rental free of charge to use over the weekend, which was much appreciated. Everyone I’ve dealt with there is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I plan on buying more vehicles here in the future.
My mother always told me if you dont have something good it dont say nothing
