Audi Des Moines fit us in for a tire replacement when our rear right tire blew out on I-80 just past Des Moines. We had called to find out if they had the tire we needed and they fit us in to their schedule so we could go on our way. We were traveling from Denver to Chicago and had our dog with us. Our Q5 was relatively new, with only 4K miles on it so it was a shock to us that we had this experience. Fortunately Audi Des Moines made it the best it could be.

I cant express enough how great and accommodating they were. I am on a road trip from Philadelphia to Colorado and somewhere I got a nail in my tire and a slow leak. I stopped by as soon as they opened and explained the situation. They took it in right away, removed the nail and plugged the tire. On top of that, they rotated it to the back to make sure it was safer for us in case something happened the rest of the way. To top that all off, they did this at no cost and it was done in under 2 hours. Amazing service. Id give more stars if I could. Im extremely grateful for their customer service.

Bryan and his team at Audi are the absolute best. The mechanic road with me so they knew exactly what the problem was that I brought the vehicle in for. It was a rare problem that he had not seen in the 20 years of working on Audis. They had to order parts to fix the problem which took 3 days to get. Bryan kept me informed of the status of the repair. They gave me beautiful Q5 to drive while mine was in the shop.Bryan Adams thank you and your team for the great service.Randy Mumm

I want to take this time to express the high level of professionalism by the Audi Service Department on Merle Hay Avenue in Des Moines, IA. The Service Professional had everything lined up on the time of my arrival and handled all of the paperwork for me including a loaner vehicle so I could conduct business during the time my vehicle was repaired. The diligence and professionalism exhibited by the staff and technicians at Audi made my experience an excellent one. Dropped car off at 9:30 AM by appointment. Was told itd be itd be repaired by the end of the day. At 5PM I called the department to find out it wouldnt be finished until the next days afternoon.At that point they offered a loaner which I accepted.I dont mind it taking longer than it should, but I would have appreciated them letting me know earlier when it was clear it wouldnt be done on time.

Customer service was great, but after getting my car back from dealer for a turbo replacement, the next roadtrip I had, my check engine light came on again due to technician error. He failed to tighten the bolts on my new turbo completely which caused the issue. Very disappointed to have a problem with the car so soon after getting repairs from a dealership.

Customer Service in the Service department has always been good. I was not called and notified about fixing my tire cost which I did not appreciate but they did squeeze me in to get the service done ASAPNow sales is AWFUL! I had to pick my car up after service hours and I stood at the desk for 12 minutes and not a single person there acknowledge me! The man that helped sell my car did not even look my way but went AROUND me to help a family that came in well after I had been standing there. If i could have bought this car from any other place I would have. I will continue to use the service department because the Manager is so wonderful.

Went there for windshield replacement and I was charged more than the quote. The price they charged me for the windshield was more than the actual price(can check on their website for the actual price). When I ask them about the price difference Bryan Adams(from the service dept) said A representative from another dealership was billing the parts out for your vehicle. They were priced out at the incorrect level, unknown to me. Then whats your job over there? if you are not even checking the invoice.They were just playing the blame game.Also, they dont accept coupons. The reason they gave me- insurance is going to pay you back so we cannot use coupons.

The service at Lithia Audi is always exceptional. Very pleased with the work that has been done and that it was done right the first time. The service advisor seems a little overwhelmed at times. Not that she doesnt know what she is doing, just seems to be juggling a lot at the same time and has trouble keeping things straight. However, she is always professional, courteous, and when given the chance gets things taken care of.

I was working in the Des Moines area when my car suddenly broke down. Being under warranty, it was towed to Audi Des Moines for repair. I had called in advance to give them a heads up and Katie was very prompt at getting me in a loaner vehicle so I could return to work while my car was in for repair. She and the service crew kept me updated on the status along the way and now Im happily back on the road. Thank you so much!

Believe it or not, I always feel that Audi of Des Moines is sensitive to the cost of service and tries to minimize the cost while delivering full required service. I would appreciate it if they could manage the timing and communications on car completion more effectively, but the rest is great.

Scheduled an oil change and my car was taken in immediately upon arrival. They have a text messaging system that provides updates as well as a video clip showing the technician performing an inspection on the vehicle and providing feedback. My vehicle was serviced in the given timeframe. Was very pleased.

Great job as usual. I went in for an oil change and the car inspection showed that power mount on passenger side had failed and leaking oil. Frank worked late through the evening to replace the part. Cant thank him enough. Overall really pleased with the service.

Here is the real story behind my famous Audi 2011 A8. This has been troublesome since I brought it from CA to Florida state, few years after. The dealer in FL has been the worse ever and never as a customer had a sense they can fix anything right the first time. The situation has gotten much worse on the wifes A4 where pretty much they gave us no hope to own an Audi. She got rid of it and got a Nissan. Same for my 2011 A8, more trouble. All this until I started doing business with Audi in IA. My goal was to fix the car with a new dealership. The car I understand is old and needs lots of work. However as a customer I like to know that if I take my car to a dealership whose company has developed this car they are well trained on how to fix, and are eager to ensure it gets fixed right. This is not the attitude I got in Florida. The IA team with John and Bryan have truly shown care about doing business with me and fixing the car. This car costed almost 6,000 to repair. However they truly spend lots of time on the car and so far anything they have fixed still functioning. I also drove the car from IA to Florida no issues thanks Bryan. Summary of work: Engine leak, Valvoline busted the oil stick (there is none and they did now know that), some airtake valve replace (whistle noise), Camera that Florida dealer indicated at one time if it goes out it is 5k job!, Active Lane / Cruise Control, Oil Change, Complete Alignment, and glass repair. The only issue I had is driving a night the Active Lane assist failed few times, had to stop to restart car, and since then here in Florida no issues. The checklight engine went back on but Audi in IA never was told to spend lots of time on such, however I will reach out to Bryan and hopefully him and his team will educate the Florida Audi and help fixing it. Also one more thing important to state, IA Audi dealer took it upon themselves to contact Audi corporation and work with them on the issue of the Active Lance where finally it was found to be the camera attached to the inside mirror, damage electrical and camera due to earlier windshield damage as well. Thanks for the teamwork Audi IA, you have earned my business. I now feel more comfortable knowing that they they serviced my car accordingly, and treated me with respect and dignity as a customer. The service team was professional and helpful. My car was not a straightforward repair, and they worked to make it cost less. When my wife went to get the car, they needed to check something over again. During this second check they gave her a top of the loaner car. If we had $45k and three less kids in the house, wed be buying an S4 Sline

Audi MMI for garage door programming did not work since from the beginning I bought the car in Dec 2019. I had them check during the recent servicing and I was informed that there were software issues and also fixed. The issue is still there which I already informed them twice after the servicing. I got no response and when I called up the dealer, every time I was informed that they will get back to me. Nobody called me or get in touch with me to talk about the issue so far. This is very unprofessional and nothing but losing trust.

I ordered a part only because it said same day pick up and being I was from outta town I figured gotta buy it since I couldnt find it anywhere else. Then I called in the a.m. saying I was coming to get it and they said it wouldnt be there for a week! So I canceled order and it took another week just to get my money back!
