You guys need a new person that knowledgeable to answer phones. I spoke with a young lady and she had no idea who she could refer me to and didnt even sound confident in how to get me to anyone. Customer service is the stepping stone in any company. And simple people skills will get you a long way like hello or have a nice day... Instead of just hanging up the phone... And based on other review I see this has been an issue for some Time. Get someone New and professional to answer phones and deal with customers... Simple as that... And get name was Sandra... One of the managers or something like that I believe... Get her off the phones ASAP

It would be helpful if you could call the store and check their inventory before you drive all the way there for nothing. But its not HER rule, she says. You are required to call the Nashville number so they can give you a they probably have it in Johnson City. They have good stuff, but be prepared to waste trips and put up with rudeness on the phone. Ive wasted my last minute with this place.

I had no problem getting the material I needed. The price was appropriate and I was loaded and on my way in less than 15 minutes. The employees here were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was needing some top soil and stopped in to check out their prices. Very friendly and helpful people they answered all of my questions. I purchased several yards of top soil and will purchase mulch when needed. I highly recommend this for your mulch and top soil needs.

Great mulch, looks great in my front yard. Staff was friendly, was easy to load and take home on my trailer.

I drove over 30 min in a big gas guzzling truck to get 10 yards of mulch. I arrived 9 minutes before closing and as the attendant girl was closing the door. I asked if they were closed and she said yes and did not care for my business as she walked past me and left. I called the home office and they too did not care this happened and told me to just come back another time. Well I won’t come back and now I get my mulch cheaper from a guy that cares for his customers. He is in bluff city and is great to deal with. Mulch & more bluff city.
