What can I say? It’s the typical Home Depot experience except trying to return a truck. It’s super busy around the customer service desk and one tiny sign.The customer service person I worked with was very friendly. But given that there was a large line, it took close to 30 minutes just to talk to someone.Overall, renting from Penske is definitely better than the alternatives, but this location isn’t the most efficient.
