The gentlemen at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well spaced merchandised. The store also had a wide variety to select from for the size of the building. Its conveniently located as well.

I continue to get all my alcohol supplies from Northside because the staff always wear masks and they offered me one on the one day I forgot to take mine inside. They are always pleasant and courteous. To the goose who believes masks dont work...Go apply for a job at the CDC and see how far you get, you numpty.

This place is a tad bit higher than other stores but not by much, and the service here is top notch. Because of this I dont mind paying the little extra money. The store is clean and very appealing to the eye. The staff also makes you feel like you are most welcome in their stores. Keep up the good work.

Best place in town. Very nice, clean and organized. Very friendly and helpful employees. Went during the day and the man up front with black short hair and glasses was very friendly. when I walked in he immediately said hello and told me to let him know if I needed anything and I did need help because I wasn’t sure of what I wanted. he Was very patient with me he gave me suggestions and showed me different options. I appreciated that very much! Great buying experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. A+ store and employees.

Closed early. Would not service several patrons that came within operating hours (10:55pm). Could see the team inside, open sign on, and within your store hours and you wouldn’t take care of your guests? Bad business.Edit: I am 100% capable of telling time. It was most certainly NOT 10:58. It was 10:51 so before 10:55. Can you truly not read the original post where I state 10:55? Clearly I know what time your establishment closes.

Its okay. They sell Mead, which is nice, but theyre not exactly the most friendly place. The store is well kept and tidy though and the prices arent bad.

Very nice store; everyone working there was very friendly. I normally shop in Kingsport for my adult beverages but I had to grab some stuff at Krogers so I thought Id stop for a minute and check prices. It was exactly the same price that is in Kingsport, so that saved me a separate stop on my way home.

Broke a bottle of liquor here and I completely understand the you break it you buy it. Unfortunately the store is not big person friendly and it was simply by backing up to take a look at a lower shelf that the person accompanying me (sober, not messing around) hit a glass bottle of Titos off a low shelf. It broke on the carpet. We apologized and an employee proceeded to clean up, but nothing was said at the time about buying it. At checkout, with having purchased over $100 of alcohol, an older man threw in the bottle last minute with the cliche line. Recommend moving glass bottles to safer areas and having a real conversation with customers rather than making it seem super sleazy. I understand its a business decision to make me buy it so I dont fault anyone I just wont be returning personally.

I drove from Elizabethton I had just got off work. It was 753 when I arrived I had 7 minutes till they were supposed to close.. We could see the guy inside but he already had the doors locked.. Dont put 8pm and not stay open until 8! Thanks for ruining my mothers day! I know im being a little dramatic

I dropped by this place 4 presents thats I had for my neighbors or for my neighbors I myself cannot drink and do not I do not not drinking I used to I just cant anymore because of my disorders I have seizures and they answer the are activated by drinking therefore I no longer can abide but I will say the place is quite nice the people are very pleasant even in busy times they quite nice to the customers the reason I give them for instead of 5 stars is because of the size of the store size of the ileze are quite small and the prices are quite high other than that a great place if you drink to buy your liquor
