Doors Unlimited is a great place to do business. Jerry the owner took the time to teach me how to replace my broken garage door spring and how to install the proper brackets (that my contractor did not do when we built the house.) I have used this place of business twice and they have been very good t me both times. Thank you again Jerry for spending a little time with me and sharing your knowledge.

Doors Unlimited had installed the door and opener in the main garage of our new home so when I wanted an opener for the lower garage I called them. Jesse had his guys at the house that afternoon and they did a great job installing the opener. I highly recommend them for any garage door requirements.

Im a handicapped senior that cant walk stairs. I came home from grocery store only to find my door wouldnt open. I called and explained my problem. They made arrangements to fix my door that afternoon. I highly recommend them and cant thank them enough.

We had a garage door installed last week (Nov. 2020), and were very pleased with the overall experience. Owner Jerry Tesneary and another gentleman explained everything and answered all of my 1,000 questions. Lol. The workers were professional, worked hard, and installed the door efficiently. The price was very competitive with other businesses — and beat some soundly — and we didnt have to pay in advance like one major chain store requires. The insulated door looks sturdy, the new rails and rollers look modern, and we are hopeful it will do well for many years.

Called spoke to Jeff this morning . I explained that I had a broken spring on my door. I gave him all the tag information an he said that all his truck were out today(Friday), but he would set it up for early next week. By 1 pm same day he had a truck on his way to us. The 2 techs arrived and promptly installed the springs & lubricated the door. Job was done in about 30 minutes. Very happy with the job. TechS were professionals and cleaned up after themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jesse was great to deal with, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need & came out to measure & look the job over before ordering the door. The two installers took down my old door and opener that were giving me all kinds of trouble. Had the door up in no time and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Great group of people.

From my first interaction with Doors Unlimited until the employees left me with a fully functioning garage door, I received excellent service. The employees who fixed my garage door were very polite, explained what went wrong when the door broke & how they fixed it, and they were efficient. The price was very reasonable. I had a torsion spring on a garage door break and needed to replace it. Normally Im a DIY kind of guy - I try to repair all my stuff myself when I can, but I know enough about garage doors to respect the potentially lethal force that torsion springs can have if not properly handled. After thinking on it, I decided it would be best to call a professional. Im glad I did - I definitely made the right choice.After calling around I decided to go with Doors Unlimited. Compared to the other door service companies in the area, Doors Unlimited was far and away the most competent and well-versed about what needed to be done. Their knowledge sealed the deal for me and their VERY reasonable price was icing on the cake. Everyone there was very professional. They repaired the problem in no time flat and I couldnt be happier. I very highly recommend these guys. Theyre the best around here without a doubt.

I had Doors Unlimited service my roll up door. Two young men came out and they were having a hard time figuring out what was wrong. They adjusted the track away from the door frame but it left a big gap. The next day Jerry, the owner, came out. He complained about the door and tried to sell me a new one. He adjusted the door closer to the frame and said he would get back to me with a price to do additional work on the door. That evening when my tenants lowered the door, the door jammed against the frame and the mechanism continued lowering the door and ended up crushing the top panel. When I called Jerry to tell him what happened, he basically told me the he was not going to do anything about it.I called Williams Garage Door. They ordered a new top panel and got the door working fine. They noted that the pressure sensor was at the highest setting and that, if it was set correctly, the top panel would have never gotten crushed. When I sent a letter to Jerry requesting that he pay for the panel that he destroyed he basically told me to go fly a kite.I would encourage everyone to avoid these guys. They not only didnt fix my problem but cost me a lot of money and aggravation. They lack business integrity...!

Called Doors Unlimited about replacing the spring for my garage door. They were at my house 4 hours later, part in hand and ready to go! They even sprayed my other door with a lubricant as a courtesy.While the price wasnt exactly unfair, it felt like a bit much considering the repair took 15 minutes.Either way Im happy to have my garage door back, and to know such quick service is available.

RESPONSE TO ED GUINN; I (JERRY) OWNER OF DOORS UNLIMITED, ADVISED MR. GUINN, NOT TO USE HIS DOOR UNTIL REPAIRED OR REPLACED. HE CHOSE TO DISREGARD MY SUGGESTIONS. THE TOP SECTION BOWED UP WHILE WE WERE THERE, AND WAS BROKEN AND CRACKED ALREADY. HE HAD WILLIAMS GARAGE DOOR REPLACE SECTION WITH GLASS SECTION (WHICH COST MUCH MORE) AND TRIED TO CHARGE DOORS UNLIMITED FOR THE COST. I RECOMMEND REPLACING BECAUSE OF ORGINAL LOWHEAD INSTALLATION AND POOR QUALITY OF DOOR. I WOULD NOT WORK ON THIS DOOR AND WE DID NOT CHARGE. WE STAND BEHIND OUR DECISION.
