I will not be back to do business with these people.. I had a simple order of 12 hats.. the order was late I constantly had to go up there to see what was going on with my order.. there was no communication except for me having to go up there. I gave them all the necessary information.. I was charged for a digitalization that never happened ( they took half the price of digitalization off but should not have been charged at all for it) the logo wasnt centered on the hats properly and now the lettering is cut off from the center of the hat.. they put the wrong logo on the back of the hats and I was told that if I took the hats I would get a good discount that only ended up being 30 bucks off a $300 dollar order! I understand that mistakes happen but was assured over and over that they have 20 years experience and blah blah blah... Do yourself a favor and order your products online its cheaper and you can proof them before they make them so it doesnt cost you out-of-pocket for their mistakes! The manager or owner who ever he is didnt even seem to be upset that I was upset he was just like oh its ok we will fix it next time dont worry about it... But there will be no next time! Not going to waste my time or money!
