Marvelous experience. My Miele sweeper had problem with height adjustment. Brought it in for repair. Beth called me to say that unit was still under warranty and they replaced it! all within 5 days.

Was very pleased with the help I received. Every time Ive been in the store they have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Have bought 2 vacuum cleaners from them...one portable and one upright. Very pleased with both. Glad there is still a local store in the area to not only visually see the products and talk to a real person, but also a place that will repair the product if needed. Very Impressive Operation. I purchased an Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner as well as the Oreck Ultimate handheld vacuum cleaner. Both items were price matched. In other words - I received the best price in the marketplace. Every official dealer on Amazon was price matched. The store owner and her son helped explain the features and benefits of each product to me. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The Magnesium was shipped from the factory and arrived in a couple of days. I appreciated the follow-up calls as well. The Magnesium purchase also includes tune-ups over a 5 year period. I was happy to hear that the store does its own tune-ups and repairs. I highly recommend this Oreck Store dealership to everyone. I was treated with respect!

This place is great! I took a small non Oreck wet vac to them because the waterline/hose broke. They order the part, installed it, and called me for pick up. The did this within the time stated. I was there with my rambunctious toddler and slightly better behaved prek kiddo. The woman assisting me did everything she could to help me in my out numbered state. The price was great and the service was excellent!

Great customer service! Went in to buy a belt for our vacuum and Hall took his time with us to make sure we got the correct belt, got the best deal possible, and even showed us the the best way to change it on our own. He was also able to give us some great advice on cleaning pet stains and odors and helped us advoid buying a more expensive product that we didnt need. Very personable, friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful store! We are from Greeneville, but we drive to Johnson city just to purchase from this store. Everyone here is so helpful, and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. Their service department is top notch as well. Currently, we get our Meile, Oreck XL, and Oreck orbiter all serviced here. With this location, you get both professionalism with the personal touch that so many places are missing these days. Definitely worth the drive!

Ive had an Oreck vacuum since 2001 and have used Johnson City store to repair and maintain my vac. only. Usually its around 50 dollars for a maintain visit. This time I didnt know if the units motor had blown or what-it wouldnt pick up anything. I was pleasantly surprised that it needed maintaince care mainly, new brush (which had never been replaced) and also a new bag that had broke years ago. All this only cost 160 dollars and it works like brand new again.I was also really pleased that I was called and told what my problems were and cost. I have never had a bad sale rep or repair person. very friendly and professional. thanks

Any time that I have ever walked into the Oreck Vacuum store Johnson City Tennessee I have always been greeted by Beth. She is always smiling and ready to help! I particularly like the knowledge that she has of the various products that she carries. She does go to various home shows and educates herself on the products that she sells.Specifically I recently bought a hi zero mop. It is absolutely amazing! I have been cleaning homes for about 20 years now. Since I have purchased this product it has shaved off so much time! it has allowed me to eliminate the back-breaking job of ringing out a mop and going home with a backache everyday. This is got to be the best invention ever! I wish I had known about it years ago. It does take some maintenance to keep it up especially if youre cleaning other peoples homes besides your own. But, it is so worth it!The hi-zero vacuums and mops at the same time without using any chemicals. You can spray bona on a wood floor as your mopping however I have not noticed a difference. Why spend the extra money when you dont have to? This mop is generally used for travertine tile, ceramic tile, wood floors, the floor has to be smooth. the mob is capable of literally giving you a spot-free floor. It just picks up the smallest and tiniest of particles!I always tell people if your floors are clean your whole house seems to be cleaner!I also purchased a Miele broom stick vacuum! Let me just say great vacuum! I like the way that I can just vacuum area rugs and then go right into using the Hi-zero on the tile. WOW my job has just gotten so much easier!All you have to do is let Beth know your need and she will give you the right tool for the job!Thanks Beth!

I took my Dyson vacuum to have it cleaned and tuned up. It cost me $120. It took them two weeks, when I was quoted a week at most, and I was never offered a loaner vacuum. When I finally got my vacuum back all the seals were still filthy, the bin still had dirt and hair in it, and dust was still caked in all the tubes, around the carpet brush, and everywhere else. I pretty much paid them way too much to wipe down the outside with a Clorox wipe, cut hair out of the carpet brush, and remove a small wad from inside the vacuum. For the price I expected my vacuum to be fully detailed and running like new. When I got the vacuum home it took me about an hour to detail it properly. I am baffled by the quality of this business and appalled at what they consider $120 worth of work.

This is the closest oreck store to me and is one hour away. I brought in vaccum to be serviced and was told simple clog would be 20$ and ready by end of day. Well I couldnt stay in the city til end of day so came back 2 days later to pick up. Wasnt ready. Said come back the following week! I was frustrated and told them I drive an hour there and so in so they say ok give me thirty min and Ill have it fixed. I waited and went back. It was ready but my new bill was 51$! They took it upon themselves to replace unnecessary things without asking me! I will not be returning.

Poor management all around and terrible service, I got the wrong part on accident and they gave me run around for two weeks. I got tired of it and just ordered the part I needed on Amazon cheaper!

First let me tell you a story before I tell you how awesome this store is lol. I have a 13 year old Oreck Vacuum from here, 13 year old oreck purifier from here and 3 year old Oreck Steamer from here and just bought 2 more Air purifiers from this store today so you could say Im all about that Oreck life haha hands down the best out there and will last you a life time if you correctly take care of them. Btw we drive a hour and 20 mins to get to this store but I wouldnt have it any other way i will not deal with anyone but this store the owner Is amazing she and her family run the store I feel like part of the family when I go in for filters or accessories they are amazing people for sure. Im a bargain shopper so Im always trying to find the best price online well when I went in today looking to buy another purifier I seen Oreck on amazon had there purifers marked down well I let the owner know and she didnt just price match she gave me even more off I couldnt pass the price up so I bought 2 different ones lol Im so happy with my purchases and will only buy my oreck stuff from them. Do yourself a big favor and check them out you will not regret it.

Purchased my Miele vacuum from them. Great both times with the knowledgeable staff and personable buying experience that you just dont get with the big box stores.

They fixed my non-Oreck robot vacuum like new. They sent to China for the necessary parts and stuck with the process through to completion, keeping me updated at intervals along the way. Very professional!

Information on the Internet states that they are open on Sunday. However, I drive all the way over there to find a note on the door that says closed Sunday.
