I can’t say enough great things about this dress shop! Hannah and the team were so sweet and helpful during my appointment and with all the follow up phone calls while my dress was being made! I live pretty far from JC, so when I called to make an appointment to pick up my dress, Hannah came in herself with Hunter (the cutest dog!!) while the shop was closed and let me try on my dress!! They are an incredible team and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dress!

One appointment with the owner, Hannah, and I knew I did not want to go anywhere else to get my wedding dress. Hannah is warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work – making sure you find your perfect dress. Blue Willow Bridal also has such an adorable, cozy aesthetic. The gown selection is gorgeous – it is diverse enough that there are plenty of beautiful options, yet still intentional enough that you do not feel overwhelmed. I truly cannot recommend this local business enough!

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Willow with Hannah, and I can assure any bride in the area that theyll have a equally awesome time. She has an amazing selection and a very thorough knowledge of all the dresses available in the lines she carries. I visited her in mid-summer to get a feel for some of the styles, and she pinpointed my preferences so we were able to narrow things down to a few great choices. She mentioned an additional dress that she had considered bringing into the shop that would be up my alley; when I returned in early autumn she had it on hand for me to try so that I could see all my options side-by-side.We ended up going with one of her original suggestions for me back from my first time trying it on (I couldnt stop thinking about it!). Hannah is great at really focusing on what youre looking for as a bride, and she was spot-on with the dress she had initially suggested. She was so wonderful in welcoming my friends, both in-person and on my computer via Zoom, and we had a great time and were all able to share that special moment together. Thank you so much Hannah!

Had an amazing experience at Blue Willow. Hannah was so kind and helpful. She also clamped the dresses really well so I could get an accurate idea of what they looked like. The dresses here are gorgeous and prices are pretty average. Would definitely recommend Blue Willow Bridal to anyone!

This bridal shop is a stand out for the Tri-Cities and I suspect will cause competitors to either step up to the plate or go out of business. We spent three days of non-stop bridal appointments in Nashville and Blue Willow holds its own to any shop we visited in Nashville. The space is lovely. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend.
