Shoe carnival has a good selection of shoes for women and children they also have pretty good deals. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had to get work shoes slip resistant shoes and while I was there they were doing there sale things u can spin the wheel but its digital now she has to text the number to your phone and the lady talks on the microphone I think sandals are on discount cuz when I was getting ready to check out I went over there was and ask her about the discount and got a pair of sandals that retails for $65 they were 30 she mark them down to 20 so I got to the cash register I had a $10 coupon and my mom had $10 on her account . so pretty much got the sandals for free and only paid for my work shoes that was pretty cool. Needed a pair of Converse for daughters wedding, had them in stock, yeah! lost a star on customer service, we were in a hurry and of 2 employees there only 1 working cash register while other looked over his shoulder, couldve been training,But try a little harder next time!

Checkout staff was pleasant and they have a very good variety of shoe styles and brands. It is slightly over priced but not too bad. Some shoes I found elsewhere a good 3 to 5 dollars cheaper. Overall not terrible.

Great staff along with amazing sales! I wear a size 15 in mens and here is one of the few places Im able to find the shoe I want if they dont have it they will order it and have it in store for you quickly. I would recommend this store to everyone!

The pair of Skechers I wanted was out of stock. I found a comparable pair. They were short handed and only had two employees but both were nice abe helpful

I have been to this store multiple times and typically enjoy the experience; however one manager (bigger lady with curly hair) brings this store down to one star. Every time I am browsing the store there is one manager that is always there and is anything but nice. I have had the misfortune to be stuck in her line multiple times and the way she treats costumers is repulsive. She talks down and is general just condescending to people. I refused their reward program and she explained it to me when I am slow and tries to force you into it. The couple times that have had the fortune of not having her, I get through the transaction with the cashier and have a wonderful experience. Everyone that I have had the experience to interact with has been lovely and more than willing to help me find my size or look for a similar design and it is very clear that the crew is capable.

Just the right amount of people in the store, good distancing reminders on the floor and partitions at check out. Oh and they have enough size 11s this tall girl could get some new shoes. 💖

The store had a lot of good prices on shoes. All kinds of shoes. It was somewhat hard to find the wide size I needed. But the people were to busy with each other to help me. I as twice and the 2nd time a person helped me for about 5 min looking and then was gone. I dont no were he went but I was on my own again. When my family had there shoes and we were checken out with 4 pair of shoes I found the teller rude. ........ they have good prices but you be better to shop on line. The people at the store are no help

😲 OMG they didnt have what I wanted on the shelf. The nice ladies told me to ask the gentleman at the computer show me to look up what I wanted. He did and ordered them for me. Shipped for free and were delivered in 2 days. When it was suppose to take 5-7 days.

We have a son with special needs and when we come in the get new shoes for his braces, this store never fails us. Tonight a young man named Chad helped us tremendously and I couldnt have gotten through the situation without him. He was so kind and caring and stayed with us the entire time. Such a blessing. We always find good shoe choices here. Frequent sales and specials combined with a shopper reward card make their shoes very affordable. Store is large, but not so large that you are ignored. Employees are courteous, not pushy, and very helpful. Plan to spend around $25 to $30 for casual warm weather shoes on sale, more for regular priced pairs. But there is often a B1G1 half sale happening that combines with sale prices.

Loved the selection of womens tennis shoes. Found a very comfortable pair in sale for a very reasonable price. Only real complaint is a lack old floor personnel and sparsely placed seating.

Always a pleasant experience. Ive had to do exchanges and never an issue. Very helpful and polite. I usually end up ordering in the store due to needing a wide width but so far Ive not had an issue.

Second time I have been there, wasnt spoken to either time, until I got to the register, the cashier was friendly both times, the manager did keep an eye on me on my second visit though, lol. Nice place, good selection BUT...if you wear a size 14 (as I do) or bigger, dont waste your gas or time going to the store because selection is very limited in store for my size, just order online and have them shipped to your home as I did...hope your not needing them today though!

I needed a new pair of boots and found them at the first place I went to, which was Shoe Carnival. They have a large selection and all sizes. I will definitely return to this store and highly recommend it.

I had previously went to the shoe carnival at the pinnacle and purchased some clearance Guess boots and got the wrong size.They didn’t feel big at the time so i went ahead and got them. I wore them to work the next day and realized they were HUGE! I work in jc so i went to the one there and the lady Heidi was a blessing she helped me get the right size and had them shipped to my home!! I would def recommend this store!!!!!!!!

I was in the Johnson City location and I think its absolutely ridiculous that staff is allowed to walk around talking on their sell phones when helping shoppers. That little girl that was talking to me about my shoes never even set her phone down from her face. Rudest encounter I have had with a sales person. Her husband ended up helping me.
