F.Y.E has a pretty dynamic store that is always changing the inventory. Great buy for funko collectors.

Can have some fun items but they are almost always really over priced. I was disappointed in my visit and left with nothing.

Awesome awesome awesome stuff.... crazy unique stuff here such as Japanese Mountain Dew, all types of Japanese sweets, ramen, goofy cereal etc etc... but this place is crazy pricey

This specific store is nice, the staff is friendly and the store is kept very clean and organized. FYE as a chain though I think is in the midst of reinventing itself into some sort of game/move merch store, which I guess makes sense, but at the moment they seem to have a small selection of a bunch of random things which seriously limits the depth of inventory in any given category. So, if theres something specific youre looking for youll probably have to special order it.

Its one of the only stores that actually get pop culture. Plus the imported snacks and drinks are pretty cool too.

Lots of cool items and tons of good clearance deals. Total nerd haven. Staff seemed less than enthusiastic to be there.

The staff is very welcoming and polite, it was one of the associates first day on the job and although nervous he did a wonderful job. The current sales are incredible and the selection is though to beat. Definetly a must stop shop for thos dying mall.

This paricular FYE is just too small and cramped with everything it has. Other than that, its your typical FYE with lots of collectables, used movies and high prices

Their store has changed to make the merchandise more visable,and its a good place to find Christmas gifts...there will always be something an Aunt or grandmother would love ...

Amazing place for nerds to shop for merchandise from their favorite shows/movies/ bands / etc. The workers are helpful and the products sold there are enjoyable.

I have shopped at this store for years, mostly in search of used compact discs. Unfortunately that section of the store has been shrinking in favor of videos. There is a large selection of new and used videos.

I love FYE, i always end up coming just to wish shop just to come out with a bunch of stuff. The albums are always in good shape and they dont bleep the words out.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. This place has a little bit of everything.

Has a lot of hobby stuff. Would recommend if you need funky stuff like posters, t shirts, mugs, etc. Has tv show, video game, etc material.

They will try and sell you into a scam magazine service. Took me ages to get it solved so they didnt charge me hundreds of dollars. Their corporate customer service doesnt care when you complain, either. It happened to others I know, too. I refuse to shop with this company again but if you do, do NOT accept any free trial they try and sell you, no matter how much they lie about it. Dont make the same mistake.

When I was 15 I got roped into their free discount card, and my mothers credit card was charged for it even though the employee told me it was a free card. I thought things would have changed, but its now 6 years later and I had the same thing almost happen today. The employee tried to sign me up for magazines, and at first I said yes but after a few questions (which at first she was a bit evasive of) about the service I changed my mind. I had to tell her a few times that I did not want the service to get her to cancel it. Then, she once again tried to get me to sign up for the discount card, and when I asked if it was completely free she assured me it was. But, I knew better from past experience, and insisted I did not want it. Please, if you must shop here, do not allow them to have your credit card info. I am worried more young kids or unsuspecting customers like I was will be scammed. These employees will lie and assure you everything is free, and will only disclose that there will be payments if you ask about them about it multiple times.

Thanks to Brian at the Oakdale Mall f.y.e. I was able to give my husband a great Christmas gift.I couldnt remember the name of the movie or the characters. I only new it was exciting and had a train! Not much to go on but Brian spent a few minutes searching and came up with the mystery DVD.I will go back to this store. I felt like a valued customer! Thanks...and Merry Christmas...

I went there to get a few things I been looking for and two weeks they only had 1 item of it on shelf asked if anymore in back they went in back and checked and 6 seconds came back and said no. Then this week went again and looked none up and asked and they checked in back for 6 seconds and said I dont think so. When I have seen lots of other fye on websites have them. So I find the crew not helpful and very upsetting. I need to talk to manager.

Good prices on used CDs and Movies

The last 2 times ive been in this store they moved things around. It was much more efficient the old way. Easier to veiw movie titles when they are side by side NOT FRONT TO BACK. The new set up sucks bad, it takes far to long to view titles, i wont be back.

Good customer service and good attitude

I was offered a 30 day free trial membership and was told I could cancel within the 30 days and my card wouldnt be charged, and I did.... However..... I was never informed that fye would sell (or give) my credit card information to some magazine company without my permission or knowledge. Good thing I have fraud alerts on my card. I was charged almost $20 today for magazines Ive never recieved several months after I cancelled my trial. How is this company still in business? Maybe thats part of the reason a lot of their stores are closing . Hard to keep loyal customers when you practice credit card fraud and allow or even encourage your employees to scam people on a regular basis . I filed a charge back with my card and if I dont see a refund within a week Im pressing charges.
