I took my 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, they really charged me a 27.49 fee because she’s a baby! But didn’t mention it. The woman kept distracting me as I was trying to pay and my baby was already crying. She told me it was 60 and some change after tax. I gave her the exact amount but told me I didn’t give her the right amount. Got home looked at my receipt and I paid 78 dollars for my baby’s ears pierced!! *i got the 54.99 dollar earrings*

I got my third lobe piercing yesterday and the workers were really nice. I had to be quick to go somewhere and they did my piercings at the same time so I would not be late. They are very friendly and mark your piercings right where they need to be. It is a very clean setting there. They are affordable too. I definitely will be back for another one later. You will not regret going to this place.

I stood there for 20 minutes and neither of the workers would assist me. They stood there talking even after I asked twice for assistance. I will never again purchase anything or recommend to others about Piercing Pagoda. Rude, incompetent people.
