Friendly, speedy, quality service

This happened today. I was on my lunch break at work. My plans were to get some food from the neighboring Little Caesars, eat and then talk to a Fast Signs rep about ordering some products for an upcoming event. However, when I pulled in the parking lot, an older gentleman (if you can even call him that) with glasses told me verbatim, “Miss, you can’t park there. There are plenty of other spots available in front of the business you are going to.” And went inside before I could say a word.1. You have no idea whether or not I was going to your business or Little Caesars.2. You don’t own the parking lot. Even if you had any say in where people could park, the 5 minutes it would take for me to get my food would be more than enough time for me to leave before PD/a towing service could arrive.3. You have no idea of someone’s intentions. I was prepared to discuss doing business with your company, but now I have no desire to contact you in any way.4. You are just rude. Please find another job. Preferably one that doesn’t involve people.

Used the wrong colors; delayed our order over a week; failed to provide all the product after they called to state the order was ready (because someone went to lunch); caused 2 unnecessary trips to their store at 23.4 miles/trip - not to mention the wasted time! Our business does not have the time and money to waste - does yours??

Will not do business again. Called in for a large order and was treated very poorly by the person who answered the phone. I decided to overlook that because of the other good reviews I read. However when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that it was not ready and when I asked when it would be ready I was then told it had not been started even though it was past my deadline to pick it up. I then asked to cancel the order so I could go else where with my business and was told that it was too late to cancel it and I would be charged regardless. Complete waste of time and completely rude people. Their loss, no repeat business here.

My experience was very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. The only thing I would suggest to you is, you need a garage for cold weather vehicle vinyl installs.

We used Fastsigns Johnson City for an install for one of our clients. We were very happy with their work. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They sent pictures and explained why the scope of work needed to be changed. The sign had been installed (by a different company) previously wrong. It was a very shoddy job and in-safe. However, the team at Fastsigns re-d the job correctly, safely and the end result looked great. We will partner with them again on future jobs.

Fantastic customer service - this is very different than my experience with this company around March/April of 2014. At that time, they did not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner, the order got completely missed originally, and I was very worried the order just wouldnt make it through in the time frame I needed it.This time around they were extremely courteous and always responded immediately. I received a proof within hours of submitting my order and they called the next day to make sure it had been received.There was a mistake made to my order (they only printed 1 banner and we wanted 2), so I did have to make a second trip back to the store. However, their service was impeccable and I got the impression they wouldve done something to make it up to me if I had asked.If youre hesitant to try this company again because of service youve received in the past, Id give them a second chance. Its very clear theyre doing something differently in a sincere effort to turn the company around.
