The lady was nice but she told me about a silver Nissan for 6700 but after waiting a while she didnt have it but finally said it was white but it wasnt there.

Taylor Russell was so helpful, kind and responsive to our issue yesterday that could have been detrimental to our day. She jumped right in after hours and got a technician to help us in order to keep us on the road, she went well above and beyond what she needed to in order to help us out. The service associates Taylor R. and Brian M. are amazing. Ive only dealt with those two so far but Im sure the rest of the service associates are great as well. The people there are very courteous and helpful and willing to assist in any way necessary.
I drive a 2014 Toyota Camry. I took my car into Johnson City Toyota for its 100,000 mile service. This was my first time visiting as I’m new to the area. Taylor Russell was the service advisor that assisted me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. It was done on time and the pricing was fair for all that was done. Taylor sent me updates and called to explain pricing before anything was completed. There was one thing that could wait to be done, and I really appreciated that Taylor provided me with detailed information in order to make an informed decision. She was honest and told me it could wait a bit since I don’t drive often. No surprises at checkout and a wonderful experience overall. I’ll definitely go back again and hope she’s there to help me.

Their service department is really good. Theyre always nice to me so thats all I can go by. Toyota is a good vehicle. We have two, a Tacoma and a Camry. Service costs a little but these vehicles last a long time. The service advisors have for the most part been there for years and you dont get a smart aleck attitude from them. Just decent people doing their job.

Service is professional and well done. Any service required outside the 2 year new car provision is very expensive. Makes it unlikely for continued use of their work beyond the 2 year/20,000 mile period.

Over all the experience was very positive, the service department employees keep me abreast of the work being done on my truck. I had several things addressed in my truck that took some time to complete. After paying for the work and reviewing the invoice in the parking lot, I realized that the last thing I had asked to be done was an oil change and it wasn’t done. With all the work I asked them to do, this minor issue doesn’t change my opinion of the good work completed.

Brian was our service representative who signed us in and kept us informed every step of the way. We were there for an oil change and tire rotation. It was found that our car had a slight misalignment and Brian informed us and in no way pressured us in to having it repaired. He was very professional in his presentation of the problem found. We were in and out in a timely manner with all problems resolved.

Good service... unacceptably expensive for work required that is outside the 2 year/20000 mile dealership service that comes with a new car. Got caught once on this, but such will be done elsewhere in the future.

Getting my recall for the air bags to be changed. They told me everything int he world is wrong with my car like always. Waited 2+ hours would be nice if they offered loaner cars or something so we didnt have to sit here for several hours. Customer service is key.

Dont go buy any Toyota truck the 3rd break light is leaking on them there needs to be a recall on this issue and its all over you tube. I found this while looking for info to fix this leak. .And they wanted to charge me over 600 Dollars, they also charged me extra for my tire rotation and to change my oil. Midas has synthetic oil change with free rotation. Please help each other and ask for recall. Due to faulty product.

They overpriced their service staff are friendly though I have a 2017 Tacomaand they want to charge me right at $700 for a faulty faulty partis there a great like it when I looked it up on you to see how to fix it there was plenty review stating 2015 through 2017set this is common in those and they have not yet done a recall on this when youre buying a vehicle for over $30,000 that should at least go ahead and fix something that is their fault and its a default in their design this is the only reason I would never go to them this is Toyota in Johnson City Id rather go to Virginia and have my truck serviced because theyre not a rip-off

This place got only 1 star due to the fact you cannot give negative stars. We were in JC and our car wouldnt start. I have an extended warranty for my car so I called this place. The woman was very rude. I told her I didnt know JC that well. When I asked about a tow the only thing she would say is we dont tow. I told her I didnt know who to call and was getting a bit agitated with her She smarted off and raised her voice to me. I told her we were stranded in a parking lot but that didnt help. She was still being a smart aleck. I hung up on her and chose a different option. I havent even been to this place but you will NEVER see me darken their doors. They do not deserve my business. She should have understood it being as cold as it was and being stranded I was not in the best of moods but who would have been? If I have to buy a different car or go here? I would buy another car!
