Bought 4 tires from them and they cant even answer their phone to make an appointment to honor the warranty of the tires. Go elsewhere for tires like Discount Tires, they have better service and will set you up. This place is joke!

Very knowledgeable staff. I made an appointment to go in. So, I really didnt have to wait around. I just dropped my car off and they checked my AC and serviced it.

I have been going to Gray automotive and repair for years now. I have never had an issue with Jeff and his shop. Very honest and trustworthy. It seems like there’s too many dishonest mechanics out there that swindle you out of money. It’s nice to have a mechanic you can trust in this day of age.

Excellent service nice friendly staff. My mowing trailer had a horrible vibration at 55 mph and these guys got me some new tires for a great price and balanced them up now its smooth as silk. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great job at a great price with loyal professional people

Fantastic service. They couldn’t fix the gash in my tire so they found a used tire and they virtually gave it to me free, and charged very little for labor. Amazing work. Friendly and professional.

They fixed my tire! I was in and out within 25 minutes! Great service, the gentleman gave me advice that didnt benefit him but was valuable for me. That displayed genuine trust and we will go back! (My husband took abother vehicle there 3 days later due to my experience!)

Twice I have been there.First, to have a nail removed from my tire, they had my car in & out before I got settled.Second, for new tires. They took time to answer my questions. Again, in & out expeditiously. At the last minute I remembered I needed an oil change and they got that done. I am happy with the tires and happy with the price. Very happy with the service and I will be back.

Quick and effecient tire patching, spare was put back underneath loose, but it caught on the edge of the bumper during reattachment so it was an honest mistake, easily fixed.

After calling in advance to see if they could do an alignment on my 97 bmw and being told twice that yeah sure they can do it, I got there and they told me they couldnt do any bmws. I was pretty irritated since I had driven about an hour and 15 mins just to get there. I now just go to Sears in Johnson city to have alignments done and have a warranty included at Sears.☆edited to add that this occurred just a couple months ago and Im just now getting around to putting my review up. I am NOT mistaken about the place this happened at.
