If they have to order parts for warranty service it can take awhile. It seems like the parts department does not communicate to the service area when the parts arrive. When you give them a list on what you need to have them do they have not completed twice. The folks in service write up are great. Mildred was very helpful with a loaner car since our repairs were under warranty.

I was in for a safety recall on my cars door latches. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, but they gave me a courtesy shuttle to my home and back while I waited for the car to be fixed by their mechanics. This was very convenient for me as I lived close and try to stay away from the general public during this pandemic. By the way masks were properly worn by all staff members as I especially was. So I was impressed with that aspect as well. Setting up an appointment was virtually pain free once the parts arrived. I showed up and they said I could just pull right on in. No B.S. from any of them and everything and everyone were professional. I am kind of mad at Greenway Ford in Orlando, FL who sold me the car but this is a different story and may not apply here. If this review is strictly for my local ford dealership then these good reviews are meant for the one in Johnson City, TN.

I came in for a recall check and John pointed out I should have the oil changed as my car was born Jul 2019.Mildred shuttled me between the dealership and my appt; she was extremely friendly and great!Every employee I came in contact with made eye contact and treated me like family!And just when I thought the experience couldnt get any greater, I left in a freshly detaild vehicle!!Thank you John, Mildred, and everyone at Johnson City Ford.
