After buying a frig that had a ice/water dispenser, it was delivered and they didnt hook up the water line, nor did they offer to even though when I bought it, I was told that they do in fact hook up water lines. It turns out the parts needed to hook up the water lines werent even there. It took him over a week to repair it. Then, once the ice tray filled up, I couldnt dispense ice because the motor was plain gone (see picture below). Neither of these problems were brought to my attention despite the fact that the ice/water dispenser was the main selling point for me. Ivan (who is seen as JohnsonCityAppliance423 in the reviews) blamed the missing motor on the cleaner removing it, when asked to find it, Ivan never called me to let me know what he found. I walked in today to get my money back and/or further repairs and the conversation ended with the cops threatening to be called on me if I stay on his property. He cannot fulfill his contractual warrantee and I am considering small claims court very soon.

I want to let everyone know of my nice experience at this store.from the moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner she made me feel right at home. She gave me information on several refrigerators and sold me a great refrigerator at a bargain price.I just received my fridge today and I am very happy! She even called me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I told her I would pass the word around on their very good customer service and their products.I highly recommend them for your appliance needs.thank you Lisa!

Needed to replace a heating element in my Kenmore Elite Series HE3 Dryer. Lowes, Home Depot and Sears were all a no go on the part. Walked into JC Appliance with low expectations but was surprised to find they had the part. The staff was great... friendly and knowledgeable ! Plus they have nice appliances for sale at good prices. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with their service. Ivan came out after hours on the same day and fixed my dryer.He had to travel around 20 miles to get to my house.Affordable and I would highly recommend.

I purchased a washer yesterday, 8-14-2017.They were very friendly and helpful and I do believe they will stand behind their word. The washer works great with no issues. They even offered to look at my broken washer and possibly buy it from me.I want to believe these guys get it and understand your reputation is everything. I needed a part for an appliance that I am working on for an elderly friend. Ivan very much so went above and beyond to help!! I definitely recommend this place. I read some of the negative reviews and was shocked. Of course, I can only speak for my experience. The customer service I received was excellent!

Broke contact and wont fix refrigerator. It is leaking on to floor and missing parts. Was cursed at by IVAN and told to leave and locked door so we cant come back. Just want our money back and he refused. Also is refusing to fix it. Every aspect of this IS A BROKEN CONTRACT. Considering a lawsuit.

Ive had good experiences with them in the past. I bought a used stove for $200 and the oven hasnt worked all this time. Ive called the store countless times and found it disconnected once and it just rings and rings with no option to leave a message. Ive texted the guy who delivered the stove and accepted the $200 cash and his response was that he was just the delivery guy and to call the store. No baking this holiday season!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

They broke their contact and lied to us. Delivered a broken appliance and never fixed it. They will leave the phone off the hook so you cant call. We were cursed at us multiple times. I dont ever want to see the mangers face again. They need to be out of business due to how they treat people.

Heather Curtis you purchased a refrigerator from us almost 3 years ago. At that time we only offers a 30 day warranty on our appliances. When you called us you called a YEAR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE. We tried to accommodate you and even offer to fix it for 1/2 the price of our regular service charge. You were rude to us and leapt screaming Anns we still tried to assist you. If you wanted a year warranty on a refrigerator you should have purchased a new one.We have since increased our warranty to 90 days . Most used appliance stores only offer 30 days.Please stop being hateful and stick to the truth. When you called aYEAR AFYER YOUR PURCHASE you said that the refrigerator was empty and in this review you say you lost $300 worth of food.Please stop trying to fabricate lies about our business. !!!

I bought a washer and dryer from this business in June of this year. They delivered them and the washer didnt work. I let them know this and they picked it up and brought it back to me saying they fixed but it still didnt work. So I had to wait until August 9th to get them to bring me a different washer which they did and it worked for a while. It stopped working before the 90 day warranty was up and after screwing around for a couple of days with them they decided to lie and say they delivered the washer in July so the warranty was expired and they would be happy to fix it for me for a $80 fee. Reputation is everything and you best believe that I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this business. They never showed up on time (if they showed at all) on any of the days they were either picking up or delivering the washer and didnt feel the need to call me and let me know I always had to call them to find out anything from them. I work hard for my money and I feel that I was totally screwed out of $300 that I cant afford to be out of. I will let everyone know that this business just screws people over. NO STARS GIVEN!!!!!!

Zero stars isnt an option? I paid them 500 for a washer and dryer 3 months ago and I never got it. Then the owner skipped town, sold it to someone new and the old debts arent his problem, which I guess is fair, but I was robbed..

Bought a stove from them. for a month now been trying to get them to come fix it i didnt work. excuse after excuse and now phones off...

I cant speak for every day, but it was overpriced junk on the day I visited. I could have purchased a brand new refrigerator for $100 more at Lowes and given a free ice maker.

Got a fridge had problems took forever to get ahold of the guy the phone was disconnected had to drive down there for the employee to tell me he was out of town by the time he fixed it he left problems again a week later after the fridge started leaking in the floor and just so happened to be out of warranty
