I called them to see if they had a part for my dryer, the guy on the phone said he would check and call me back but never did. Then a family member called them for me the next day, the guy told them that same thing but never did call us back. I dont want to do business with someone like that. If theyre that busy I guess they dont need my business. Im thankful anyway because I was able to find the part online at Walmart at a very good price and it was delivered to me in 2 days. So thank you Budget, for not calling me back.

Friendly folks helped me diagnose an issue. Replaced a thermal fuse on a dryer element for a reasonable price.

The owner has been down due to health, but even with short staff and him not around, they do well. Helpful and reasonable. I know it has to be hard running an entire shop with just a few employees. Absolutely recommend.

I dont know where to start about this place. I would never recommend here to anyone. The prices are too high for the quality they offer. Might as well buy new with a warranty from somewhere else at those prices.Besides that, I extremely dislike this place because they have a large detached storage lot that is nothing but an eyesore garbage dump on a main city street. It makes me angry every time I see their junk overtaking the neighborhood. So between quality, service, prices and the fact they dont care about the homes or businesses around them, I recommend not wasting your time or money here.

Nice used appliances sold reasonable

We bought 3 appliances, and after 3 weeks of the run around only ended up with one. Please save yourself the chaos and empty promises by going somewhere else.

It is used appliances.it is like a junk. Yard With a 30 day warranty I bought a double oven stove that works fine. Matching Kenmore microwave that does not work and a bottom drawer refrigerator whirlpool that works but. Leaks water it made ice yesterday but compressor started making no ice had to unplug it . has not made ice but is not making noise. They can sent a technician out for 85$ service call plus labor and parts I could put that in on a new appliance . I may repair myself its on U-tube how to fix it. Its used appliances I will not purchase from them again. You could get roaches bugs brought into your home let alone Covid19. They hire drunks to deliver there appliance. Do not have them in your home. Anything you buy from them use an apple cider vinegar to clean it. I do not recommend!

Big mistake. Repair person thought I needed a part and recommended I buy it here. I bought it. Repair person found out it was not needed. It was never used, not even installed but Budget Appliance refused to take it back saying it was a special order. When I finally looked the part up online, which I should have done first, I found it was readily available and cost almost 1/3 what Budget Appliance charged. Since this is a readily available part which they marked up by over 100%, I can not fathom why they would not take back a brand new untouched part. Not good business!

Ok place with decent prices. They arent very helpful about looking for parts for you over the phone. With a pandemic in full force, I refrain from shopping in stores as much as possible. They are willing to look for parts if you go there.

The father/founder(now deceased)was a decent man with good prices. The son(new mngmnt.)is a crook. Doubled prices on everything out of greed. Make you an offer then when you show up cant remember the deal and wants 20% more. Shop anywhere else!

Use to be a good place to shop. Its been a couple of years since Ive been in there. Went in last week and customer service was down the drain. They didnt even acknowledge that I walked in the door. I believe in supporting local but local needs to step up their game here. I hate that this has happened here.

My fridge quit making ice twice in the last two years. First it was the water control valve & then the Ice Maker itself. Both times Budget had the part I needed at a fair price and both times the part fixed the problem immediately.Everyone I have dealt with there has been really nice & helpful. Their no refund policy is clearly posted so if you are not OK with that then dont buy. I believe that if you do have a problem with a part that they will work with you to get a working one just not issue a refund.My experience with Budget has been great. When other stuff breaks I often just go online & buy the part but when its my ice maker its an emergency and I need the part right away.Thanks Budget!

Got good service and a good deal on a washer and dryer. Then washer quit after 4 months. Called about getting it fixed and it cost more than the washer costs to get it fixed. Save your money buy new or go somewhere else.

Where do I start. I called and a lovely lady answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her my dilemma with one of the big box stores and she said she could help me. I needed a new refrigerator and I needed it quickly. She went out of her way to assist me via text message yusho what refrigerators she had in stock and ready to go. When I arrive the store was hopping but everyone was so professional and very helpful. Even with a swarm of new customers coming in the door I still felt like I was the one they were dealing with. They help me load up my refrigerator with a fork lift from their warehouse and I was on my way. I dont understand where these people get their idea that these people are only worth one star I give him 5. I need any kind of Appliance I am definitely checking with them first. And besides the nice lady behind the counter is cute.

This place is awesome. 3 of my family members have bought appliances from there and they all work great. The service they give if you need them fixed is awesome also.

They dont insure their delivery vehicles. Got into an accident, the driver provided false insurance cards to police. I have the evidence to back it up. At the office they just blow you off and run circles around the situation. I should take them to court to hold them accountable but I have a business, toddler, and elderly parent that need my time and energy. I just hope their employees know they are driving uninsured. Their prices are cheap because they cut corners.

This is a ok place loved when the dad ran the business not saying the son cant but his dad had way better prices I bought a dryer for 150 dollars and that was a good deal now there prices are a bit high for me but the son seems like a nice guy but really need to bring the prices down a bit

If Google would let me rate this place a zero, I would. Ive got 3 separate actual phone recordings of Brenda at this place offering $25 to come pick up a good working washing machine from my wife. My wife rescheduled her work schedule to be home and available to be there for the pick up. They showed up and tried to SWINDLE the washing machine away from my wife for free. A bunch of SCAMMERS who try to take advantage of women who are home alone. This is a representation of how these people try to do business, buyers and shoppers BEWARE.

Absolutely horrible. The women answering the phones were the only ones who are worthy of a good rating. I have made three different appointments to have a washer delivered and installed.. the catch is that I am not living in the house anymore and having to go out of my way to meet these people to have the washer delivered. They give 2 hour time frames and dont show up until the last 15 minutes (the first time) and the washer didnt work. This is the last time and they gave me a 2-4p window and they still have not shown up and its currently 5:30p. I called and he stated that he would be here within the hour. Absolute nonsense.

Went to the store was told to go out back to see if they had the oven I wanted,,,, A nice older man walked me around and we picked out and oven he told me he had to fix a few things on it and it would be ready in a few days. I agreed and he gave me a price of 250.00,,, I called a few days later to see if it was ready and the very nasty lady up front told me it was not 250.00 but would be 550.00 for the oven !! I was extremely upset I don’t like to be lied too!!! I told them to keep the oven and the other appliance that match I was going to get also!!!!

I bought a washer here and I absolutely love it. Its been the best washer Ive ever had. I have had it for a year now. Im planning on getting a dryer and refrigerator also. You get discount if you buy more than one appliance and get a reasonable warranty.

Very disappointed with budget appliances. Have done business with them several times and was happy until this last time! They were VERY rude! Didnt take the time to listen to what was wrong with my washer. After talking to 3 different employees, and setting an appointment for someone to come out and look at my washer to see what was wrong with it. They didnt even come out to check the washer. The man on the phone who i spoke to sounded like he was at home yelling at his kids in the background. I explained it ALL on the phone to him and he told me what he THOUGHT was wrong with it. Without even looking at it! Told me the part would be $40 dollars plus service fee it would be $180.00!! Very very disappointed! I will NEVER go to them EVER again nor will i recommend them to anyone else. Very rude on the phone. Not customers friendly and not professional at ALL!
