I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I dealt with the location on Dalewood Dr in Tennessee, but Im sure theyre all the same. Awful customer services and they will nickel and dime you in shipping fees. I was instructed to contacted them for a conversion kit due to the reverse threads on our Whirlpool water heater. The contractor couldnt even diagnose the problem without this part. They were happy to send it to me overnight (did not give me shipping options) and then told me our water heater was 12 years old and we should replace it. We did decide to replace it and return the unopened part. I was told they would only reimburse us for the part due to company policy. The part was only $35 of the $66 fee AND they told us we would have to pay to ship it back to them. I told the representative that no such thing was told to us when we ordered the part. After asking numerous times to talk to a manager or supervisor, he said there was nothing anyone could do and no one he could transfer me to that would be able to return the shipping fee for an unopened box. The shipping fees would end up being double what the part even costs. They will probably resell the part that well send back to them anyways. Worst customer care ever. I cant believe they would nickleland dime a customer like that. So unbelievable.

Poor Customer service. Placed a telephone order for next day shipping which seemed perfect. However, the next afternoon comes around without my delivery. I call to inquire about my order and I am only then told that my part is on backorder and I may not see it for another week which defeats the purpose of buying it in first place as I can buy a new water heater for double the price of repair part. No one there had the common courtesy to call or email me this Information. Their solution in addition to cancelling my order was to advise me to go try and find it locally. I dont believe they would want their families waiting a week for a water heater repair part. After exclusively buying their water heaters for last 30 years, I am extremely disappointed with their service.
