After my visit to Newport the other day, I left the mall a brand new fossil fan. I entered fossil for the first time to look around and immediately felt so welcomed by the worker Harold. I’ve never felt so at ease and not pressured to shop while at the same time having all my questions answered. The employee created such a friendly environment and I hope to go back and shop soon!

Been to that store quite a few times and the staff there is simply amazing. Great customer service and just super nice. One time I went to have my battery changed and when they saw that my watch was a birthday gift from my sister, they replaced the battery for free.

I had a great experience here - mostly from the exceptional customer service from the lady helping me, who was helpful, lovely and got me a replacement for my damaged watch with no hassle at all. Love this Fossil hybrid watch, and super happy with the customer service too.

My Wife and I were there last Saturday 4/24/2021 and we were looking for a watch for my father on his birthday. So we said ok let’s go to Fossil . Went inside and saw a great watch . Jeff was the sales rep and helped us right away and I was surprised with the great perks that came with the watch ( a free engraving and a free gift box ) . Process was fast and shopping for a watch was done, Sorry Macy’s lol . But big thanks to Jeff for his help and professionalism. I will definitely recommend anyone to this store. We will be back again for another gift for my mother on Mother’s Day . Thanks again Jeff !

Nice staff. Helpful without being aggressive

I went this store to purchase something and my friend want to put battery for his watch. We always purchase only fossil brand but the girl who is working the store staring us suspicious, it doesn’t make us feel better. Her looks make us annoying. Because of that I don’t want to purchase anything in this particular store and came out immediately.They should know how to treat their customers.

I was visiting New York and I took my Fossil watch to get a battery replacement since there are no Fossil stores near where I live. All the New York Fossil shops were closed and my final options was this store. Saddly when I finally went to the mall there the last day I forgot to take my watch, but I spoke to the guys there. They were super nice, recomended I get the battery replacement at a Fossil store but offered to give me a battery at least. In the end I told them Id pass by on the way to the airport since they told me it would take les than five minutes, and when I got there they were literally waiting for me as if it were a relay race to get the baterry replacement. Thanks guys! Really!

The employees in this don’t know how to treat customers. The girl employee looks are suspicious and other person is good.

All the locations Ive been to have an excellent staff, however this location is cut above. Incredibly helpful and kind, generous, and are real easy going experts.

Amazing customer service experience! I went to three other stores to buy a watch and not one helped me as much as the staff at this store. If a customer is willing to spend as much as $300 in a store the service expected is important and the staff at fossil exceeded those expectations. Thank you for helping me choose the perfect gift!

Very nice shop. I dont remember the name of the gentleman who works there. He helped us a lot in choosing a perfect watch for our friends. Suggested to get a message engraved at the back of the watch. Also mentioned the sale on men cologne. Got a very good deal on all the products.

Best fossil store. I come here for every fossil purchase I make. Ive tried going to the ones in manhattan because theyre closer but the service there was terrible. I love the people in this store because they treat you like real human beings.

There is always that personable experience that I believe will keep brick and mortar shops going forever. The store was very helpful offering suggestion on how to avail discount, setting up the FossilQ app. Changing the belt. I guess if I see to by it online I would have missed all the wisdom that I got from the wonderful store helper.

I came in with an issue I had with my watch that was out of my control. At first I wasnt too happy with how the situation was being dealt with but then the other employee, Lucas, found an alternative solution to my problem so I am very thankful for his assistance. Because of Lucas help I left in a much better mood than the one I came in.

Fossil is my favorite brand and I love wearing it. Two weeks back I went to this store and to be surprise, I did not find the watch I was looking for. This fossil store has limited collection. Most of the model if you check online will not get it here. They did not keep watch with 10 ATM.
