The salespeople at the counter were very attentive to my interests and greeted me promptly. They answered any questions I had, and made the entire 20 minute experience in the store a very pleasant one.The Newport Lids store is in my top 3 list. Thanks ladies !

I just had the best customer service experience Ive ever had and I was just buying a hat. Ive been wearing fitted hats forever but Steve turned it into an experience. Not only did Steve breakdown the difference in fit sizing between materials he showed me a master way to get a perfect brim curve. Steves service is why buying in store is way better than online. As a small business owner I know how hard good help is hard to find and Steve is a GEM. Thank you so much love my hats!

Worst customer service bordering on being racists. The two guys manning the store were picky of customers they want to help. When asked of a simple question about customizing a colour of a headwear, they replied outrageous answer - use a black sharpie to colour it black. Is that even customer service? I wont ever come back here.

Awesome selection great staff

I went in and bought a hat, and noticed there was a stain on it once I walked out. So I walked back in and they were helpful and tried to clean it. After a couple hours of letting it dry, I noticed an even bigger stain from where they used their cleaning chemicals. So I took it in, told them I just wanted to exchange it for a different hat. I chose one, and it was a few dollars less than the previous hat. Then the guy who was making the exchange did not say a word and he left his headphones in the entire time, also not saying a word. He then changed the price of the new hat up a few dollars so that he did not have to make a return for the few dollars. I left upset and feeling cheated. I hope something changes.
