I wouldnt stop here if you were mobile and had other options. If you do, be warned. They sell expired frozen items for full price, so please be sure to check the expiration date of EVERYTHING before you buy it, because they do not clear out old inventory. They also charge a $5 minimum for EBT card use, which Im pretty sure is illegal. So, shop at your own risk.

Awful selection. Way over priced...takes advantage of low income families

For a small supermarket they have many things I need at a slightly lower price then name brand stores.Since Covid, they had to raise their prices, Im sure its because of the mandatory $15 an hour wage raise. Plus in a supermarket, there are all kinds of people coming in and out always! So there is a health risk.I can understand that.But for me, dangling on the poverty line it really is hard for me to digest how much it costs for me to eat healthy. Junk food is cheap, processed foods, but vegetables and fruits are soo expensive!However what makes it worth going there is they will deliver you and your groceries home. The cashiers and staff are quite friendly and the neighborhood ( westside ave) is really nice, people are quite friendly there. The food is fresh and for a small market they have many different choices.

Dont buy anything from here, these people are cheating on prices, they put less price on one thing and charge more on the same thing. On Questioning, they try to manipulate and keep charging more. 2-Baked stuff is all stale bread and fresh bakery items very old and has mold. Even cheese in the store had mold.

Bravo is expensive there meat are high price so are the vegetables milk and so on so sticking to acme or ShopRite resemble price es and helpful staff

This place is nasty. They are rude and have a lot of moldy foods, especially the produces. I just bought a 2 liter of juice it had somethin weird at the top. The strawberries always have white mold on them.This place is making us sick. We must demand better

You can get all basic items including halal meat.

Cashiers are very nice, the only saving grace to this place. Be sure to check the expiration dates on everything before you buy. Produce is almost always bad. And this place will rip you off! Everything is extremely overpriced. Sales tags will post one price but then it rings up another. The only reason why I shop at this store is because of the quarantine in place.

I love this supermarket. it is very convenient to shop at when you want somewhere close to home. They have free parking which is a big plus especially in this area. The prices are pretty okay when items are on sale and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beyond helpful and outstanding service. Bravo helped our family send food to elderly, sick family members. They delivered it right to their door. Abraham was incredibly helpful and Sarah patient with giving us assistance in our time of need. We highly recommend and will continue to use Bravo. No respect for their customers and unorganized procedure over all. I was here on Friday asking the man stands in the front for some deli meat while he handle it to me and I thanked him he answered you welcome boss then he cursed me in Arabic meaning get the *uck of my face of course he never noticed from my appearance that I do speak Arabic as well regardless of the language barrier that some customer will not understand or whether being called names without noticing, this is unprofessional way to run business or deal with clients

Be very careful when you shop there. One time we picked up some eggs only to find them well past their expiry date.

The service here is good, but the management seems a little iffy. I shop here a lot and the staff are very helpful, but I have to admit I get nervous shopping here. The food needs to be fresher and the supermarket needs improve its entrance. Theres too much cargo on the sidewalk.

I only come here out of desperation every 3 months for non perishables due to bad weather since I live up the block. The majority of the food is expired. Staff is weirdly unhelpful. I cant wait to move out of this neighborhood so I can have another store convenient to me with non poisioned food.

Awful spent 25 dollars on almost nothing used a families first card for food but bought some non food items they denied the use of my debit card as it was only 3 dollars and change and they have a minimum purchase of 10.00 I spend roughly 500 a month there as it is convenient and have lots of odds and ends with 3 kids and a household of 6. The owner/manager was rude and unhelpful please do not patronize them as I no longer will.

Bravo on westside is OKAY. Pros - Its clean. The aisles are usually stocked. They are also expanding a little more on the organic/non gmo/gluten free selections. Theres usually a quick check out.Cons - For the neighborhood its in, I find it over priced. They are pricier I guess due to the convenience of having the supermarket right on Westside Avenue. Vegetables you can find a lot cheaper in a farmers market & not sure if they carry many organic selections. I used to live in the area and only went there when I had no other choice or had to run and grab something quick.

I am A customer of this grocery for 2.5 years already.I was so disappointed today, after I park in their lot, I have to drop first a mail to USPS then buy some stuff to Bravo. But the Old Guy from establishment is yelling so loud that I can not park to their lot.I tell to him that after I drop my mail I have to buy some grocery and I showed him my membership ID but he keep on talking.now I have to find some place to buy my grocery with this kind of attitude of the personnel in Barvo.

Although I’m not talking about the one located on Summit Avenue, I’ve had bad experiences at most Bravo Supermarkets. What I can recall from today at one of the stores, which was located on West Side Avenue, there was rude staff and in particular, especially the manager and owner! Buying an uncooked chicken from this place and bringng it home, I was eating it after spending almost 30 minutes cooking and it tasted of cleaning products. I then proceeded to smell the raw chicken that was still left over that I had not finished cooking and it reeked of chemicals from cleaning sprays and bleach! Knowing that it was a waste of money and horrible for health standards, I went back to store to speak with the manager or store owner. Suprisingly, they fought back with me constantly saying there was nothing wrong with it, as people were looking on. I am frustrated and angry that they aren’t careful with their products and that they don’t really care if someone had a problem with what they were selling even if it was hurtful to their state of health. If they aren’t careful, who knows what might happen next.Please make this place be either shut down since it’s extremely unsanitary and everything is almost out of date!

I went shopping here the other day. Why is one star the lowest I could give this supermarket? If I had the chance I would give it a negative score. Yes I found some things I needed but the prices deterred me from purchasing certain items. I approched the manager named Danny about the prices and he just started laughing and started speaking his language which I didnt know and I felt disrespected and decided that this supermarket will not receive my patronage anymore.
