Looking for an affordable 10 foot slab led us on a wild goose chase, thankfully we ended up at VIP Fabrications in Jersey City and met the Cohen brothers. Even though they were closing up, Mr. Cohen walked us around, found the perfect slab for us to make our custom 10 foot counter, and gave us a fantastic deal including delivery.This was right before Easter, we figured it would take a while, but nope! To our complete delight the Cohen brothers called and said our 10 foot counter was ready within a few days of the order.The 2 huge delivery guys polished the counter while it was on their truck before carefully bringing it in, they were polite, respectful and professional.We would absolutely recommend this company and most definitely will return.

If I were able to read this review before my purchase I would have never gone here.First bad sign was when I walked in there was a undercover officer serving some of the employees with warrants.The next thing was we picked out some remnant pieces of stone for our smaller projects. We put a deposit on the material so it would be ours. But when we were ready for them to cut and deliver the stone they said it was sold to someone else and wouldn’t refund our money.Lastly when we placed our order for our kitchen it was noted on the paperwork that the sink was going to be a specific size. They didn’t care and cut the stone to the size of a sink that they had in stock instead of calling us and asking us to bring or order a sink that was the right size. Again no refund.

Nicole from VIP granite was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to find me a beautiful piece of granite that fit my price range. The gentleman that came to measure and install the granite was very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend VIP granite to friends and family.

Our designer, Peter, (also project manager) came up with a design that met our needs, offering great suggestions when needed.He and all the VIP Granite employees were easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed quickly. Every worker who came into our house was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the work they did is unbelievably perfect.The whole process, from our initial consultation to finish, was stress-free. And the project was completed on time. And did I mention that our kitchen is beautiful?!Dont put off your kitchen remodel like I did, because you just dont know who to use - call Vip Granite Stone . I did kitchen with Vip Granite, choose Calaccata Gold slab. Vip trampled guy came in and measured the kitchen. I am very Happy with the result. Everything was done in timely measure.

We Just moved from California to New York, Central Park West. Our kitchen had been updated but we decided that we needed new countertops. Not wanting to go through the dust, dirt, grime and general shut-down of our kitchen we decided to give VIP Granite Stone a visit. The gentleman in the showroom was quite knowledgeable and gave us very good advice about quartz color selections and various backsplash options. He even talked to us about kitchen sink options.The price quoted to us was quite reasonable and the technicians who came to draw the templates were nice, cordial and also quite knowledgeable. They did a great job with the countertops and we couldnt have been more pleased. We did have one little glitch with a cabinet door opening properly but it was fixed and we have thoroughly enjoy the new look of our kitchen. I have and will continue to recommend VIP Granite to anyone needing this type of work done.

My quartz countertops couldnt be more gorgeous and the men who installed them were awesome!

It has taken well over 2 months for us to get VIP Granite to complete our job. We paid them in full for the final remaining piece of our island on July 17, 2015. At that time Sharon the owner I presume told us that the island would be installed in about 1.5-2wks because he was working on a big job. Due to us wanting to be as accommodating as possible we agreed to the later install. It is now August 24th, 2015 AND we still can not get them to commit to a date for install. We had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday August 19th But unfortunately one of their workers fell ill 30 min before our scheduled time slot for install how convenient. I was told that on Monday August 24th I would receive a call to reschedule as they only make their schedules on Mondays. I called SEVERAL times through out the day on Monday to get a confirmation for time and was placed on long periods of hold and the calls disconnected on 3 occasions. Finally at 4:53pm after calling more than 15 times back to back I was able to speak to Nicole who coldly told me that she couldnt fit me into the schedule until Friday at 10am. This company has the WORSE customer service their receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. As a professional in the residential new development field I would NEVER recommend any of my developers put a large job in their hands as it is clear they are unable to handle single small residential jobs. The unfortunate part of this is when they have your money it feels like you are at their mercy and the only option is to deal with their continued disrespect for the consumer. By the way I called back at 4:56pm to remind them of a small portion of the counter that we had templated and wanted to be sure it would be installed along with the island and I was placed on hold by Nicole for over 5 mins and she never picked the phone up again and of course the line was discounted AGAIN. Thankfully I was able to call back AGAIN from my office line. As much as I would like to have the kitchen completed Im concerned about the finished product and the workmanship once completed as this is now a VERY contentious relationship and I wouldnt put it past them to botch this whole job intentionally. NEVER AGAIN and if I were you I would save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable company. Its not worth the frustration in the end.

I worked with Nicole Gabriele. She was extremely knowledgeable and SO helpful. I had wanted to purchase Bianco Romano granite for my new kitchen. I particularly wanted a light stone to go with darker cabinets. Nicole sent me to a number of stone warehouses with which they had contracts -- in Bayone, Elmwood Park, and Edison. I found to Bianco Romano slabs, but I was worried about potential future cracks in stone as indicated in the design. Some dealers might encourage you to buy the stone just to get the purchase. However, Nicole refused to sell me the stone, because she did not want to have any problems in the future. She suggested some other granites, and I found a River White that was gorgeous. I have a particularly unusually-shaped and especially deep Franke sink, and they did an amazing job cutting the granite to fit around the sink. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable, and Nicole allowed me to come to their offices and pay in person. I didnt have to do that, but I was glad I did, so I could meet her in person. In terms of installation, her guys not only treated the stone with an expensive solution (included in the price), so that it will resist stains, they also gave me some extra in jar (no charge) for touch ups. A new surface treatment needs to be done every five years or so. This is standard. I would definitely use VIP Granite again. I would like to add photos, but I cant figure out how.

Glad that i choose VIP granite, for my Short Hills house in NJ. Their team came in and gutted my old kitchen counter tops, and 2 days later, they installed my new Callacata gold quartz counter.
