Busy location but overall good

Dirty. Unkept. Out of 5 machines only one worked. Understaffed. One rep behind counter. Asked another store associate to assist and she said she can’t help in this section. Asked for manager. Manager stumbled over and provided no assistance. Never had such a poor experience when trying to spend money.

They helped me out with a last minute print job. It was done quickly and looked great. They were friendly and helpful.
