I wish there was an option for 0 stars, as this establishment does not even deserve one. I was charged 50 cents per black and white page I printed which is absolutely ridiculous and was no where noted throughout the business. Not to mention after having one card decline and handing over another credit card that went through along with my drivers license the man at the counter withheld all three cards and accused me of credit card fraud. I had to call the police in order to get them back. Never in my life have i been treated so poorly, humiliated, and discriminated against. Personally I think this place should go out of business for their unlawful practices.

I just used Cyber Cafe this past week - on December 8th and 10th. Its a great amenity for residents of Jersey City at time that many internet cafes are closing down across the country because of smart phones and table pcs. On December 8th Verizon - a corporation that is extremely customer unfriendly - shut down my Verizon broadband as if I hadnt paid my Verizon bill, when Id paid it up completely two days before on the 6th. Incredibly, Verizon stalled restoring it until the evening Im writing this note - the evening of Saturday, December 10th.During the past two days Cyber Cafe was a very convenient and reasonably priced place to use the internet. The two pcs I used had older monitors but they operated at broadband speed. And I paid a fee of $2 per half hour - a fee I considered very reasonable. The fee for a full hour was even more reasonable - $3.Of course these prices may change. but if I needed to I could bring a thumb drive and work on documents and also print them off.All in all, Cyber Cafe is a great Jersey City resource in the Journal Square-Bergen Section area for any person who has pc problems or Verizon connection problems. Im grateful Cyber Cafe was available when I needed it.

Took a ps4 there..they had 5weeks ..made problem worst..burn up motherboad..had to call cops..still not resolve...worsr place ever

This is with out a doubt the worst net cafe I have ever been at, the net cuts constantly, i spent there one hour and it cuts for 30 minutesand I had to wait for it .. and when it connects its very slow, the owner is a lady she is very cheap she charged me for one hour although I had to wait 30 min there for the internet to get back . The place is horrible and I dont recommend anyone to go there such a rip off .hated it.
