I used to go here all the time, and at some point there was a cute young guy working register, where has he been lol…? Other than that customer service can be better the other cashiers are always in a mood.

Earlier today around 5pm I went to your store at West side ave in Jersey city Ive been shopping there for over 15 years and today I went there to buy cigarettes and get a emergency cash advance the lady that was at the cash register ran up the cigarettes and my debit card was not being read or accepted. I believe she dileberarlty was declining my debit card. I had to go to an an atm machine to get cash out went back she gave me attitude rite aid can do better higher professional people not rude unfriendly people. I believe the girl was a Muslim her hair was wrapped not the first time dealing with her she is veryyyyy rude....

The man pharmacist that was there Aug 25, 2020 at 9:07am was very rude and dismissive. I would NEVER spend money there or go there ever again and make sure the ppl I know dont also.

They are a decent store. I am only writing a review because of one guy who works there. He is extremely rude and he is always yelling at customers. He is a big tall guy with glasses. When he is around, I get out of the store.

Shop here on a daily basis for essentials, consider this customer lost for good. Will be taking my business elsewhere due to the terrible customer service experience with Maikea and others. I suggest customer relation training versus the attitude prone method of your associates. Very disappointed as we have shopped here for years, but it has been obvious the quality of customer service has been on a decline with new hires. My suggestion, if you dont have to shop here THEN DONT. ACME is a better option than this Rite Aid, even on ACMEs worst day.

I called in to ask if they had anything for sunburn, I didnt want to go and waste my time for nothing. I had tried calling for 20 minutes with no answer .. Finally a guy answers and I ask my question, and they did have so I ask if they have a lot or if their inventory was low (that way i would ask if they can set one aside) . He didnt even try to be nice just said Im not going over there to see how much we have theyre in aisle.

Wasted one hour waiting for a prescription sent electronically some four hours before my arrival. This store needs some efficiency. They don’t even feel apologetic.

Store use to be good until new management. New manager Sellwyn is rude and mean to customers and his employees. Other employees are very nice and this store only gets 1 star because this new manager ruins it. I dont know how he is a manager, the store is now out of stock of some very essential items I purchase regularly, how can people who dont know anything about the store be hired to run the store? I have seen him have an attitude to his coworker cashiers over very little things. And I can tell that the employees are tired of dealing with him and his attitude with them. Managers should be pleasant and greet customers kindly and set an example for his employees, not treat customers like they dont belong here and yell at the employees. I dont feel welcome here anymore. I will be taking my business to Walgreens.

Fady and Anu, the pharmacists of Rite aid west side are both very helpful,knowledgeable and sincere in their profession.I will give them both 5 stars.

There is a girl who works in front cashier! she is middle east thick fat short with tiny curls but she has nasty dirty attitude every time when i come in. Gives me hard time.
