I just purchased lunch and had to throw it away. It was the tuna sandwich. It had so much pepper on it. I could not even eat it. Ridiculous! Complete waste of my money. I would like a refund or compensation for this. I havent gotten this sandwich before and never did it have so much pepper on it. Was disgusting.

I have no problem with this place in general, Just This NEWPORT MALL Location!!! They claim on both their own website and google to close at 9:30 and they put their gate down daily at 9 p.m... Twice we have chosen activities revolving around that mall because of that coffee place being open only to find it closed a few min after nine! Its a shame to bring your rating so far down simply because you cant be accurate and professional with your hours of operation.

I love their coffee, great quality coffee, and with a reasonable price. However, their food is pricey. I wouldn’t buy their food, it’s expensive; I would only buy their coffee.

Of you like the organic food you will like this place, i fall in love with their brownies, so good and rich flavor

The sandwiches here are excellent. The Dutch Crunch bread they use is unique and definitely worth going here to experience. The meat is great quality and the sauce they use makes the sandwich.

Excellent food. Many organic, healthy and even vegetarian options. Coffee is at its peak if you need a quick boost after strolling through the mall. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

Used to be a pretty good chain. Bought a ham and cheese sandwich. The lettuce was wilted. The cashier told me the type of green- mesculin- is supposed to be that way. I asked to return it. The manager was annoyed. Done with them!
